The indoor pool. The fridge and safe in room. Spacious room with comfortable bed. The location. Close to restaurants and shops. Easily to walk around Marseille, however good transport options close by

We had a problem when first accessing the room. We had booked a room with a terrace, and upon entering the room we noticed that the doors to the terrace were damaged and a sheet of paper, in French, was attached warning not to open the door. Luckily we could speak French and understood the sign and were able to discuss with the reception staff. After getting the manager involved the issue was rectified and we were moved to another room with terrace we did appreciate the way it was rectified. Cardboard cups for hot drinks. Health and safety risk as they regularly leaked. Restaurant closed over weekend....very strange for a hotel of this status.

The pool was great and the main reason for us to choose this hotel. We were able to swim every day. Also breakfasts were great, plenty of choice, good quality and a calm and easy environment. The tram stop was conveniently close and the tram service was frequent and impressive for a quick transit to the Old Port.

Not being able to open windows was annoying and being at the mercy of air conditioning made the air feel dry and set us apart from the elements outside. The location was okay but further out from the centre than we had envisaged (though tram service very good)

Breakfast was great and very attentive staff. Keep up the great work guys!

Checking in staff did not communicate facilities very well. I had to do my own research. So I did not feel welcomed. So overall I would suggest, communicate better. When I handed my room card to leave the staff replied, 'We're done'. It could of been because they could not speak english or were very busy. So not a good comment to make to an ongoing traveller/tourist. How's about saying 'I hope you enjoyed your stay with us and we look forward to seeing you again in the future.'

The staff in this hotel is excellent.. super friendly, well done. The room cleanliness is good, however the amenities are not to a 4 star standard. Bodywash/shampoo and soap are all the same and of very poor quality. Bring your own products.. the location is great. The old port is a 20 minutes walk, but there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby.. especially in the old warehouse part, right outside the hotel. The sun terrace could be better maintained, furniture is worn, but it's still a plus !

Improve your bathroom amenities, hover your corridors more frequently and look after the terrace..

The Hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff within the Hotel were very attentive and very accommodating. They all had very good English and they couldn't do more for you. The Hotel Restaurant served lovely food all day long. Very good quality! And the breakfast each morning deserves 10 stars. It had so much variety and a really great selection to choose from. I'd highly recommend anybody in Marseille to stay in this wonderful Hotel. It also has a great indoor swimming pool and a very good gym. Really good experience over all!

Good location not far from many places of interest. Plenty of great food outlets nearby.

The only niggly thing was the pre-authorisation on my credit card for deposit and deduction of first night stay. These amounts appeared in my account and my bank became very suspicious, warning me to be careful. I have never come across this problem before on my many stays at various hotels around the world. Very odd!

I loved the view to the sea from my room as well as its decoration with lovely blue and white tones. My room and bathroom were quite spacious. I very much liked the colourful decoration in the lobby as well as their nice garden terrace as well as its pool.

They did not provide bathrobes to wear on the way to the pool. There was no place near the shower to leave wet towels.

The hotel was spotless and lovely beds and some facilities checking in lovely person

The cost of a deposit after we paying the full amount for 2 rooms in full before we even arrived on 1st may and then the payment held on card and using funds why so expensive 300 euros seriously. And then to add insult another hotel tax for 19.50 on leaving hotel. Not on to be honest.

The hotel is very well placed for us when we go to Marseille to visit the archives, so we shall continue to use it despite some negative comments to follow. The room was very spacious. Soundproofing seemed to be good. The bed was huge, which we appreciated.

Considering the price of a room, it was disappointing to have only paper cups in the room rather than china cups. The chair and stool were too low for the desk. Breakfast is horribly expensive, especially if you only eat a continental breakfast as we do. As a result we didn't have our breakfast at the hotel, but had our own in our room. There didn't seem to be an option to request for towels not to be changed every day. Not good for the planet.

The room was spacious, with a magnificent sea view and clean , breakfast was good , staff was great. I will remain a loyal customer.

My only disappontment was that under the bed sheets on the matress cover there were some hair left from previous customers, this must be changed when changing sheets too.
