Super nice staff who checked us in early as they had a room available, which was very much appreciated. They served complimentary croissante in the afternoon, which was very nice! The hotel is very well located, right in the city center, 15 minute walk from train/bus station. All was clean and nice. Wifi worked well! Microwave in the lobby.

Don't have luggage storage.

The ventilation system is not very good so we open the window. There is no hair dryer for every room so we need to go to reception to borrow it. No lugguage storage service so need to find elsewhere. The staff are kind and the location is not far from the train station. There is also a little common room in the reception.

Room, it was very clean, it had all of the facilities in such a small space. The bed was very comfortable and the room service was very frequent. The location was very well situated for accessibility to public transport.

It was quite small in size.

Very good location and friendly staff. Room was spacious with a lovely big window which let in lots of light. Air con worked great (thank goodness) and lots of storage and hanging space for clothes.

No luggage storage. We had to cart our bags around in 37 degree celsius heat from 10.30am until we could check in at 2pm. Staff said it was policy not to store bags.

Stuff was amazing, Juan and Samir helped a lot! The room was cleaned, tidy, cosy and its temperature was great as well!

Internet did not work very well and you constantly have to login, which is a bit annoying. To login you need to add your details included your telephone number and you have to select the international code from a long list, listed in a weird order.

The location was close to the old port and to a metro station, ideal for commuting. The staff and the facilities were very nice.

For the price per night we paid for two people, I would expect either a bigger room or the breakfast to be included.

It was a great location very central, 2 min walk to metro, 10 min walk to the old port and 5 minute walk to cathedral. Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was exactly what I expected for the price. Standard hotel bed, comfy. Shower was good. No bath, not best view but I didn’t pay for a view.

If I had to pick a negative it would be the halls were a bit smelly and dirty at times but nothing major.

Location was walkable to old town and beaches. Great to have a kitchenette, good bathroom and washing machine !

The bed could be more comfortable. Pillows need an upgrade, they are more decorative than sleeping.

Clean quiet comfortable room. Good location close to the ferry terminal and numerous bars/restaurants.

No baggage storage or early check in, which prevented us from re-booking for another night when we returned from our cruise

The location was good. It is close to the rue de la republique and le panier. Room was fine. It is small, but okay for one or two night stay.

Bathroom could be more clean, but it was not bad.
