Excellent location, close to the Vieux Port. We liked it pretty much because of the very clean room. The receptionist was helpful, they were avaliable via booking chat quickly.

Due to the AC tube we cannot close the window, and unfortunately, I did not have proper earplugs with me, so the noise from the street was quite disturbing. But I really can’t complain it was a good place to stay.

Very friendly stuff. Excellent location near the Old Port. Very clean. The room was small and basic but there was everything you need for a short stay for one person. Tea, coffee, sugar and kettle were provided which was helpful.

This was not unexpected but you have to keep in mind that there are plenty of steep steps (I was on the third floor) and if you travel in the summer, like I did, there is only a ventilator, no air conditioning. So be prepared for this. I was absolutely ok with it.

My room was fine. It had everything I needed and was quite comfortable.

The alleyway where it is located could be spruced up. Not very inviting. I think there might be long term residences there that don't remember that they are in a hotel and for example keep their TV on all night long.

A very positive surprise. Location is absolutely top, busy in the day, quiet at night. Room is small but has everything you need for one, two night stay. Reception is exceptionally friendly.

A blanket instead of a duvet & normal bed sheets is something I find unacceptable. I don't sleep in a youth shelter.

The location and stuff were the best we have experienced in a bit! So close and well communicated by public transport with almost every interesting place in the city. Also the receptionist Ayoub was extremely nice and kind at every point and request that was ever made. Truly a nice person that made a better experience of the trip!

The room was a bit too small and the fact the toilet was not separated from the rest of the room was the most disappointing thing

I stayed only a few hours to get some rest before my morning flight, but generally it was fine. English-speaking, kind, helpful boy at the reception desk, comfortable bed, a possibility to make a coffee or tea in the room, the heating turned on.

Tragic neighborhood, tons of garbage, rats, dark, narrow streets, homeless people and suspicious faces, not very encouraging especially when you are there after 11pm :) But the hotel has no influence on it.

Room was clean, fan supplied (which was very much needed), fridge in room. Friendly staff and well located for metro and walking to points of interest.

The light wasn't working in the bathroom, I also struggled to get in the shower cubicle because of the way the shower doors were hung.

Nice, friendly staff, clean & in a good central location.

No lift & a lot of stairs ( I knew this beforehand ), a bit basic but no complaints.

Hotel in downtown Marseille. Pretty close to Vieux Port, metro and Cours Julien. Nice room with amenities. Microwave. Tea, coffee, fridge. Clean bathroom. Marseille is expensive. This hotel gives you really good quality for the price paid. Staff is helpful and friendly.
