Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, contemporary rooms in an older, classic building (19th c.?) with large terrace and lovely dining room. Central location with easy walking to many locations --not far from Vieux Port and many restaurants.

Hotel is actually several different buildings on same street. My traveling companion and I were in separate buildings. Her room was quite noisy from busy traffic on Rue Montgrand well into the night. Entrances to each meant using room id card numerous times to get to our rooms.

We were relocated to an apartment because the room originally booked was too small. The apartment was great, ideal for 3 adults with queen bed, a room with 2 singles and a sofa bed if needed. Very comfortable. There was a good sized shower/bathroom with decent towels, a kitchenette also provided facilities for light dining, also there was enough space to relax after a day in town.

Our original room was too small for 3 single adults to relax in, plus being on the upper most floor with a window unable to open and the air con not wanting to work everything just felt too hot and cramped.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious. The beds were comfortable. I liked the complementary tea. The location was great, very close to city center, to shops and restaurants. Good enough sound proof.

- One of the night table lamps in our room was not working properly. We fixed it, but it would have been nice someone checking this beforehand. - Even though the shower was really nice and clean, with good water pressure, the lack of a proper door caused that the water spilled all over the floor. - The sink was too far from the toilet in my opinion. - If you don't close properly the doors leading to your room, you could hear everything going on outside. - The elevator is tiny.

I didn’t like that my actual stay was across the street. Inconvenient if you want something from the front desk. No drinking water in the rooms. You had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the water cooler.Very small rooms. Difficult to navigate. The shower gets messy with water on the floor.I needed an iron to prepare for an important meeting . They have 1 iron. Another guest used it and did not return it. Maybe have more than 1 available? I did not have breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

Location, ample and delicious breakfast, beautiful breakfast courtyard too. The room we moved to was a good size with excellent facilities. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The initial room we were put in was much too small for three adults and one child, with many mosquitos under the roof and therefore right above the bunkbed. We asked to change and the staff kindly and efficiently offered us another much more spacious and more comfortable room.

The staff was really helpful and speak good English. The courtyard outside of the breakfast room was nice. Great location, walking distance to the port and restaurant. The bathroom was large and clean. The AC worked well and the environment was quiet and peaceful.

If washer and dryer are available on site, it will be very helpful. If the breakfast had more hot items, such as soup, etc. it will be perfect.

accomodated a last minute booking, as we had to leave a rental apartment due to unsanitary and uninhabitable conditions. staff were very friendly and helpful! outside areas are really nice to enjoy. breakfast was good, they were still bringing out fresh pastries up to 10am. room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

the room was very small, for one night it was not an issue for us, but a longer stay would have felt cramped.

The location was quite close to the Old Port and everything was within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious but on the weekend the breakfast room was very crowded. The reception staff were very helpful, especially Julien, who answered all our questions and marked places on our map to show some of the landmarks of Marseille. The only downside was the size of the room, barely big enough for two people with two suitcases.

The services are of very good quality, in the rooms, reception and garden there is new and modern furniture. The garden where meals can be served and the restaurant are superb. Breakfast was very good. Outside, the hotel preserves a classic architecture, specific to the old port. I recommend with all my heart.
