The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, check-in was smooth and fast, which we especially appreciated after a delayed flight. They even prepared a list of restaurant recommendations and offered to help reserve a table. The luggage storage after check-out was a lifesaver, and the process was super simple. We also loved the location: quiet at night for good sleep, but still walkable to Vieux-Port and close to great food on Rue Rome, and convenient to other attractions. The room had a charming historic window that let in fresh air and sunshine, such a nice touch!

It’s not that we didn’t like these things, but just being honest to help future guests set the right expectations about the space. The bathroom was a bit small—felt like it was designed in Tetris blocks! The shower was compact and the sink area had narrow edges, so you have to be careful not to knock things off. Also spotted a long hair on a towel, but otherwise the room and bathroom were clean and well-kept.

The bedroom was so beautiful with church and city view! I really enjoyed my stay in this boho decor! Also it was perfectly located in the most famous shopping street of Marseille, and few minutes walking distance from the Old Port! The room cleaning was done everyday with fresh towels! The staff was very polite and helpful, plus I got amazing site seeing suggestions and went with the boat ferry to the islands nearby, it was such an amazing getaway! Very good value for money, I will definitely book this hotel again while visiting Marseille!

Suggestion: to add more amenities to the bathroom for travellers

We didn't try breakfast. The location was good, central. Easy to find, quick check-in and out (24h check-in was appreciated, we arrived late). There is a lift, thank god! Can't comment on any other facilities I'm not aware there were any. The tea and coffee in the room was appreciated. The bed was quite comfortable.

A little noisy to the outside. There was also a balcony that could theoretically have access to our room so we made sure to lock the window tightly.

The room was super cozy and comfortable, we liked a bed with lots of cushions. The heater in the bathroom was helpful for us to dry clothes after the beach. There was a body lotion with a nice scent in the bathroom, it was nice to feel that personnel cares about the comfort level. The room was cleaned tidy and very profoundly. Breakfasts were also nice. The hotel personnel were nice.

Would’ve been nice to have the light in corridors nearby the rooms. And the air conditioner worked in a weird way with a temperature going to 18 grad after a certain period of time.

This hotel was clean and staff were polite. The in-unit air conditioner was a nice benefit during a hot summer day. It's conveniently located about 15 minutes walking distance from the Vieux Port and 3 minutes walking distance from the Estrangin metro station (which connects directly to Marseille Saint-Charles central train station). I would recommend this hotel to others!

Breakfast is an additional fee of 12 Euro per person. It was convenient but not extensive, so you might consider visiting one of the bakeries down the street if you want a heartier meal.

Coffee and frig in the room. Fun wallpaper throughout. Really enjoyed the classy breakfast buffet that was included in our room price. Small but had everything. And everything was excellent. Much better than anything we had on the cruise we just finished!!! Loved the smell of baking croissants in the morning. They allowed us to go to the buffet before opening when we had to catch our plane. Staff was very helpful. Hotel was lovely and spotless. It had an elevator. Helped us when we had an injury and required ice and needed an open pharmacy late on a Sunday. Loved the peace in this place, when we were there. We chose it for price and close location for going to the Notre Dame de la Garde.

Typical for these hotels is not a lot of space for your "stuff" in the room. Not too bad. We did just fine!

Fantastic place to stay while travelling for work. Very clean (cleaned everyday), beds are very comfy. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We needed some additional mugs, plates, and cutlery for evening snacks and they helped us out with those. The fact that there's a coffee machine in the room with the pods replenished every other day is also a great thing (as coffee in Marseille is generally hit-and-miss). The mini fridge is also a life saver for storing your snacks, with a bottle of fresh drinking water supplied by the staff. The towel radiator in the bathroom proved incredibly useful as well for emergency clothes/towel drying situations (you can time it for 2 or 4 hours, it switches off afterwards). The hotel is located near a metro station (M1: Estrangin) and close to a few bus stops (54, 81) which makes it east to access other parts of Marseille. It's also conveniently a few metro stops away from the railway station which is a great plus!

There was nothing to dislike or complain about. Fantastic place and staff. One thing that could become a permanent feature in the room is the mugs/cups/plates, but that's not incredibly important as you can access them if needed anyway.

The location was excellent - a short walk to Vieux Port. Super glad that the hotel has an elevator and air conditioning which helps in the summer months. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. It does feel quite homey. Would recommend this to anyone looking for accom in Marseille.

It would be nice for the room to have a fridge. A small piece of feedback regarding housekeeping - it was a tad inconsistent. We were not sure if they forgot or if instructions were unclear (we can't speak French), but they did not change our towels on the first day but that was quickly resolved.

The staff really make this place extremely enjoyable to stay at. On top of this, you’re outside of the touristy area so you have a lot of hidden gems around the corner, especially at night when you’re looking for food, or in the morning for pastries and baguettes. The aesthetic is also extremely nice, and the cleanliness of the place is top-tier.

For some of the more economical rooms, especially if you are a couple, the beds do not connect together. Unfortunately, if you’re trying to be romantic, the beds will slide apart, and sometimes this is inconvenient especially since everything else is so nice. Other than that, it was an extremely great stay. Nothing but minor inconveniences. 

Location amazing, availability and willingness of staff to help with everything, loved the decor. This is a small thing but I absolutely loved how the rooms were designed so that the bedroom had its own separate door and everything else did, I'm a light sleeper so this was amazing to block our noise of other guests in the hall. Don't see this in many hotels, and I loved how bathroom and toilet were separate so you don't always have to wait on the person you are travelling with. Love that design and decor and furniture in rooms. Very clean and stylish. Also loved breakfast, they were so attentive , checking there was still enough of everything all the time and refilling juices constantly . Staff really great in this hotel. Super friendly when you returned from somewhere always with a smile and a greeting. I would stay here every time I stay in Marseille. And I would keep coming back. I fell in love with Marseille what a fantastic city with fantastic people. My favourite French city I've visited so far. Lively, welcoming, multicultural and of course absolutely beautiful .
