Breakfast was very good. The breakfast cook even made me fresh dairy free scrambled eggs which I greatly appreciated. The front desk staff lent me an iPhone charger adapter for my iPhone which was very helpful. The room and location was quiet. The room had a 2 burner stove (which I did not use), microwave (which I didn't use), small refrigerator, kitchen sink, a flatware set and some cooking items (which I didn't use). The desk was good. The room size was good. The TV was fine. It did get a couple of English speaking channels. Bathroom was good too. The bed was a good size and comfortable. This is an apartment hotel so you need to empty your own garbage and do not get new towels everyday. Plus, you need to clean the room before check out.

I wish there was more restaurants in the area. Also, if it could been a little closer to the old port would have been better. It is not in the tourist area which can be good too as it was a quiet neighborhood. There were 2 grocery stores next to the metro stop which was a ten minute walk which was great. The old port was 4 stops away (about 10 minutes) down metro line 1. It was about a 25 minutes ride on metro 1 then metro 2 to the Orange Vélodrome stadium. The first night I was there the air conditioner was not working in my room. However, the next day they gave me a room with a working air conditioner.

Well the location is not bad, the metro is pretty close to the hotel. The size of the room is large, the bed is king size very comfortable, the kitchen is adequate to cook if you want. The staff is genuinely friendly, very knowledgeable about the businesses around there.

To be honest I didn’t find anything that I could complain

For any one visiting patients at La Timone hospital this is ideal. Self contained, self-catering apartments within easy stroll of the hospital itself. Pet friendly and with its own secure underground garage linked to the floors by lift.

Parts of the interior corridors look a bit tired and I believe some level of refit is underway. The surrounding streets are typical of a neglected city scape - maybe the street cleaning budget had been blown. That aside, for access to the hospital it is excellent and I believe metro links are very close.

The apartment was cleaned and organised. The fact that it has a mini kitchen area with all the essential utensils inside the room helps a lot. We arrived very late and the late time check in with 24 hours reception service is simply amazing - in our case they didn’t charge for this, we informed by message we would arrive late due to a flight delay and they answered quickly saying it was no problem for them to wait for us. Also, shout out to the daily time staff that was really nice to us, they even borrowed us a phone charger and saved us!

The down side is that the area where is located is far from city center and the beaches. You will have to use the public transport or an Uber to enjoy your day in Marseille. Walking distance from the hotel to Old Port is almost 38 minutes - we thought we could handle it, but with a heat of 40 degrees in mid July was really hard to walk for long periods (our mistake nothing to do with the property). I believe that if you are travelling for autumn/winter this place will be just fine to stay. Also we had a minimal problem with a clogged sink in the toilet. We notified the receptionist about it but they didn’t solve it - it was a small issue that we end up ignoring but was still annoying though.

Good size studio, very clean. Comfy matress and pillows. A great plus is the undergroung parking (16e/night). It is very safe, only the hotel guests have acces. A surprise was the deposit required at check in(100 euros), but it was returned after check out, later in the afternoon. 30 min walk to old port on big boulevards, ok during the day.

A chemical smell in the room, ,but it went away by day 3☺️

For a hotel adjacent to a massive hospital and just off a main road it was remarkably quiet. The room was a good size and if you wanted to cook then everything was provided. Staff were good and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable and plenty available.

The bed linen did not fit the bed well, the mattress protector did not stay in place and the bed sheet needed to be bigger to actually stay tucked in. There was a small amount of damage to some of the fittings - the need for regular maintenance.

Room met expectations. Cooking facilities were ok - Hob, Microwave with grill and Fridge. Most of the staff were friendly, some didn't speak much English, but with my limited French we managed to communicate OK. The location is a little away from main areas we visited, but with a low cost 3 day tube pass and the station only a short walk, getting to where we wanted to be was easy.

Breakfast was expensive for the limited variety they had. I only booked this for the first morning and then resorted to sorting ourselves out. Lidl and Casino is only a few minutes walk for stocking up your fridge. You have to empty your own rubbish in the basement bins - This didn't bother me too much but it is frustrating when still needing to book out and having to wait for the lifts for each journey.

The staff are very friendly and professional. The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Also, there is a metro station, 2 supermarkets, a phamrmacy, a bakery, and a few restaurants nearby. This is not my first time visiting this place, and I recommend it!

The only thing I did not like was that there was a strong smell in the bathroom, perhaps from the cleaning product or antiseptic. However, the bathroom was sparkling clean otherwise.

The location it’s pretty good , close to the metro and few shops ( lidl , casino supermarket ) It was clean. The staff was really nice and frendly ! We really liked that they had a laundry.

They should really change the mattress, they’re uncomfortable… The breakfast was nice but way to expensive . The gym and sauna are not well equipped, they’re not really useful. They clean only one time in a week and for this price I think they should do the cleaning at least every two days .

We received the most warm welcome on arrival. The room was superb and exceeded our expectations. A lot of thought had gone into the needs of travellers staying just a few days. A small thing, but there was a retractable washing line over the bath which made things so much easier for washing out smalls. The beds were very comfy, the location to the Metro and supermarkets excellent and the hotel area very quiet. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.
