The room is perfectly essential and it has all needed if, like us, we were out all day exploring Marseille and come back just to sleep. Extremely well cleaned facility and well connected to city center with metro or train, even though you could also walk 25min to the old port. The value for money is the best part of this hotel. It really gets you what you really need and leave the supreficial.

The only downside was the reception in my opinion. 1. Did not have a basic map of the city, 2. poor english (for more articulated question they were calling for the manager to speak to us), 3. not able to suggest one thing to do in Marseille. I still gave a 9 out of 10 for the whole experience, because these things can be easily fixed and I am sure management will take the necessary adjustment based on this constructive criticism I made here. Another little issue was that the door of the shower was not closing perfectly and therefore everytime we were taking a shower the water was coming out. I think also this can be easily fixed with installing a larger piece of rubber on the glass door.

The quality of the facility was great for the paid price. The location is really suitable, with a tram stop just a minute away that gets you to the city center in less than 10 minutes.

For this price, there wasn't anything I didn't like. It met my expectations!

The room layout was really good - with a nice shower and quite a lot of space which I was surprised with in the room. Kept my bag after I checked out so I could enjoy the city!

Took awhile for them to find my Booking.com but that's not on them!

The location was perfect for a hospital visit a la Timone with a child. It was across the road from McDonald's so evening meal treat was perfect. Breakfast was a buffet. Very close to a play park. The room was clean and staff very friendly.

The window lock stopper was broken so the window could be open all the way, my child is very active and we were on the 3rd floor. Toilet seat was broken and unfortunately some surfaces were vandalised ( writing and marks) with what I can only assume as being burnt with cigarettes.

- big window that may be fully open - the room was big enough - very clean, it was performed daily - very good, diverse and fresh breakfast - shower cabin was large - staff was very helpful and friendly

- toilet room was very very small - an additional small towel would have been very useful

The location is the best: metro, tram just a few minutes, also Mcdonald or other restaurants, supermarket. The room was cleaned every day and we got new towels. It was comfortable. For the price (with breakfast) it was great.

The Wifi connection was not the best in the room.

Nice "budget" place, the price is lower than others in the city; it's not in the center but it's located 5 minutes away from a metro station that will take you to the old port in a short time. Room is good if you use it to sleep and have a little rest, it's ok for short stays.

Bathroom is not really a "room", shower and wc are in separated boxes and the sink is in the room, but it's ok considering the price

The stuff was friendly. Room was quiet, clean, warm and beds were comfy. After check out the luggages could be stored in a locker room. The pictures of the room were reliable. Good location, near a metro station and at a reasonable walking distance from downtown.

We expected the room to be small as the pictures and the announce on booking were pretty straight forward. However, the compartmentalization of the room could have been better thought out. A slightly more spacious bathroom would have been preferable as we would have more space to use the toilet. A small wardrobe, or at least more shelves on the walls would have been helpful too. Otherwise excellent stay :)

Simple, but very clean and new. Firm mattress. They changed the towels and made the bed every day.

The toilet room was too small. You had to leave the door open.
