We went for a group trip for the rugby world cup, 10 of us and i've come back very impressed. The pool area for us was the highlight, the pool was a great size and really gave us somewhere to relax. I would actually say itys better than the photos. Rooms very nice, for what we needed, and cleaned every day. Staff were nice and the breakfast went down very well.

Nothing really. The location perhaps isnt *quite* the best, some of the streets on the way to the Port (where we did most of our socialising / drinking for the rugby world cup) arent, in my view, the safest but there were no issues in the immediate area around the hotel. Thats not a reflection on the hotel though, thats the city in general. The other small thing is that in the room there wasnt a curtain or screen on the shower, That wasnt an issue for me but it made it almost impossible not to flood the floor with water, which I just thought creates issues for the cleaners. As I say, didnt affect our stay but wondered if it made the cleaners life harder?

Superior rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Staff is very friendly, paid parking is perfect. For a city the surroundings are reasonably quiet. 20 minutes walk from Prefecture area.

Lot's of worn and torn details all over the hotel. Cut tiles, lights not working etc. Fire alarm went off early in the morning. The area of this hotel is very "international".... Garbage innthe streets, graffiti everywhere.

Great hotel in a super location, easy to access both metro and tram to explore city. Reception really friendly and helpful. Everything clean. Bonus of a nice swimming pool to cool off after a hard day's sight-seeing. Marseille ❤

The location is good as you are close to the centre of Marseille but not in the super busy part. The rooms were very clean and we had a good sleep. The pool area looked nice and they have a small bar but only non alcoholic options.

The communal areas, the gym in particular, were not so clean.

I really liked the quietness of the room and the cleanliness of the premises and toilets. The staff were very welcoming and attentive.

The only downside was the lack of a refrigerator, which would have made it possible to rest independently.

excellent price point (rapport quality prix). pool / roof top / great wifi and 24 hr reception. Staff very service focussed. AC good. Only negative was the lack of a specific map showing location and metro / tram connections for hotel. I will be coming back in august0

Clean and fresh and friendly and helpful staff. Could speak English and although very busy and full they were very helpful and accommodated our special requests. Good location close to public transport.

We had to make a call to the hotel every-time we needed the parking garage gate opened to enter and then again to exit. Could be an easier way using code or key card.

Staff was very helpful, we stayed in a clean and big room. Parking area was nice and quite secure. We haven’t felt any insecure issue in the neighborhood. (Well, we are from Istanbul and it is quite normal for us to not feel insecure somewhere in EU 😁)

Secure parking for motorbikes. Staff were friendly and helpful. A short walk to the main attraction but didn’t mind that. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Hallways were dark, just needs a freshen up.

Staff at the hotel very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Rooms serviceable and clean and breakfast plentiful. All in all good value for money. Tea and coffee provided free also.

A little off the beaten track but near to tram and metro and train station so not really an issue.
