Responsive staff to help with check in, clear instructions provided about facilities and their use in the property, good shower, cooking facilities available in room with some basic utensils and a good fridge, and fan provided which was very important at this time of year. It was also quite peaceful which helped with sleep at night.

There could maybe have been more utensils (a cafetière would have been lovely) but we managed. Signage is a bit worn down on way into the apartment block so we were slightly confused about whether we were still heading in the right direction to reach it (but found our way in the end).

If you are looking for an affordable hotel with spacious rooms and a convenient location, this hotel might be an excellent option for you. The hotel is situated near a tram station, making it easy to travel around the city. The rooms are quite spacious and provide enough room to move around, which is a definite plus. The hotel is also pretty quiet, ensuring that you can have a peaceful stay. Furthermore, the sheets are clean, which is always a good sign. Overall, the hotel offers some great features such as affordability, spacious rooms, and a convenient location. However, improvements could be made in terms of cleaning services and the functionality of the washing machine and dryer.

On the downside, the radiator in the room is not powerful enough to heat the entire space, which could be an issue during colder months. Additionally, the hotel's cleaning services could be better. For example, during my stay, the floor was only swept and not mopped, and the sheets and towels were not changed for four days. Moreover, the washing machine and clothes dryer were not functioning correctly, with the dryer only heating clothes and not drying them completely.

The staff was kind and warm. The residence is a bit far from the centre, but there is a tram stop nearby. The area is quite calm (it's near a cemetery). There is enough parking outside, and an underground parking.

The underground parking was the worst we have ever seen. It was very difficult to park the car in it because of how it is designed. Some of other guests were not clean, and often drunk. We were four guys, so we didn't mind, but a woman/group of women or a couple might not feel very safe.

The zone was very quiet. Very close to public transportation. The room met the expectations and was great for the price that was paid.

There was a 70€ deposit that wasn't specified in the description of the stay. The information was sent after I already had booked the room. I of course got the deposit back (after 30 days), but it would have been nice to know beforehand.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment for both relaxation and sleep at night. I especially appreciated the small kitchen, which was convenient and well-equipped. Overall, it's a good value for the price.

The staff at the reception helped me order a taxi for my day of departure. They were in general, helpful and polite. The room itself was very pleasant.

Before my arrival, I wrote twice with questions but I never received a response. Also, in the lobby there were numerous pamphlets of things to see and do in the area. There was, however, no city map of Marseille! It would have been very helpful to have one.

I had some stresses prior to checkin but was accommodated for really well. The receptionist helped me with final directions and handing over the keys. Great experience after a bad day. Solid room and close to transport links into the city.

Little bit further from town than expected, we had bicycles and were able to get there from train station.

No Air conditioning, was rather hot when we were there. Fan provided helped but required window open at night. Bit of occasional train noise

there was smoke in the corridor. the parking was not included in the price, you have to pay 5 euros per night to park your car in the underground parking, or for free outside if you are lucky enough to find a spot.

I'm giving a 9 (despite being generally very picky) because the accomodation got a lot of hate and has a low grade. They have free parking, public transportation is not too far, and prices are okay for Marseille. The room was big and clean, repcetion girl nice. I'd recommend it.

The check-in hours are too short. I had to hurry my visit to arrive on time.
