Most importantly I feel like at home during I stayed in this hotel. Especially staffs are really great and friendly and special thanks for Brice from reception, he helped me a lot. The room was so clean, the location is close to metro, bus station and in a safer location just only 5-10 minutes away from city center. I don't like crowded places to stay and therefore the location is so great for me which is a few minutes away from every public transport.

The only thing that I can say is the room is small for me or I feel like it with two luggages. But this is France every hotel has small rooms compare to other European countries. Over and above this it was great to be here.

The room had all the basics, and including air conditioning, met all of my needs for a July visit to Marseille. The hotel staff was wonderful, and the breakfast, superb. As a solo female traveler, I felt very comfortable here.

Walking from the metro to the hotel was fairly quick, but the area seemed run-down. Hopefully this will improve after construction of the round about is completed. My initial impression of Marseille was tainted by this first impression. However, once I got out a bit, I was very happy to be in the city. Even if the street you walk down has a little graffiti and garbage on the sidewalk, the area in general, was perfectly fine.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a bus and a subway station, and at about 20 minutes walking distance from the Vieux Port. The staff is just wonderful and very helpful. As to the breakfast, the coffee is great so as the pains au chocolat, croissants, etc. I also liked the Marseille soaps in the bathroom and the cleanliness of the room.

It would have been practical to have a small fridge in the room.

The place is located at the city center close to metro. The service was extremely good. I got confused with the hotel unit near gare, the reception person was very friendly and helpful. Guided me to the Castellane location ibis styles. Once I reached the exact location, the reception was very welcoming and provided the requested assistance. Thank you.I will definitely recommend ibis styles in Marseille to my friends and family.

The hotel was in an accessible location. The staff were courteous too. We had a good experience with Brice, who was professional and extremely helpful in checking us in and providing important information. He was calm , welcoming and gave us an overall good experience.

Great value for the price. The hotel is located on a quiet street, close to the metro and the city center. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean and of good size. The continental breakfast includes a nice addition of cheese, ham, and muesli.

The sink in the bathroom drained quite slowly, which was a bit inconvenient.

Like all Ibis hotels, rooms are comfortable, very clean, well decorated, bed are exceptionally comfortable and rooms are, unlike many hotel, very well lit, especially bathroom. Continental breakfast is served with good coffee and viennoiseries.

Price, which is rather high, is the only reason I sometimes have to choose other hotels whenever I travel.

Wonderful, clean, renovated hotel. The bed was comfortable, great linens, nice staff, and good breakfast included. The bathroom was sparkling clean and included a new hair dryer. Thank you to the great front desk man who booked my reasonable and efficient taxi!!!

Friendly staff on check-in, knowledge recommended good restaurants around the hotel. Comfortable beds, great location. When we requested a fan for the room due to the air con being switched off for this time of year, the receptionist happily assisted. Breakfast was good.

Apart from the Aircon not working, all was good.
