We loved the quirky art everywhere, the hosts were really lovely and accommodating. We had 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner there and they were all delicious. The pool was beautiful and clean and a nice temperature to swim in. They allowed us to check in early and check out later. Nothing was too hard for them.

I loved the whole scene of the reception and bar being the same place. The staff were good to me, organising a taxi to collect me even though Beyonce was playing that night and everyone was busy. It felt so safe and relaxed in comparison to the centre of Marseilles. The pool was lovely and the room was lovely. They found me something to eat, when I tried the restaurant although they don't have vegan options on the menu and they brilliantly translated and ordered vegan Uber Eats for me on the other night I was there and found suitable crisps at the bar for me twice and free orange juice and water. It felt really friendly and I tried to extend my stay but they were full. It is a twenty minute walk to the Le Pointe Rouge beach and there is an amazing ice-cream and sorbet bar there to greet you. The beach was lovely to swim.

There is a foot bath as you enter the pool which sometimes has water and sometimes doesn't and it needs cleaning as it is a bit green. I only climbed around it to avoid it. The pool itself is gorgeous and not too busy even though it is shared with the hotel next door. I wanted to go and see the countryside and know where there were restaurants nearby and where I could sail or what was on in Marseilles and how to get there and back, but there wasn't any guides or leaflets. This meant that there felt like nowhere to go and that there were a lot of roads to walk with no cafes before you get to the beach and its bars. This might be my lack of research though! My swimming costume and towel were stolen from a beach bar but that wasn't anyone's fault but my own. The hotel is great.

The service was good, the breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean comfortable and good size, all around a great hotel for both families and those travelling for business.

We were there for 6 nights 3 of those nights housekeeping forgot toilet paper and coffee pods. If you are staying there, keep an eye on their trolleys and grab some. I'm confident they do not operate with any form of checklist when servicing a room. I am still giving the place a high rating because the staff are friendly and it is a good facility at a good price.

Very easy to get to from the St Charles train station and a 15 minute walk to a great beach! Rooms are comfy and spacious with a nice restaurant (closed for the our weekend) but a good breakfast. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but the gardens looked nice.

Slightly limited on lunch options as the hotel restaurant was closed and shopping centre across the road was closed on Sundays.

The food was good, and there was a good, friendly atmosphere, close to a shopping area, close to Point Rouge, where you can take the water taxi to the Vieux Port in the heart of Marseille.

The location is very good, the staff helpful and friendly and the pool is very nice.

property doesn't offer free parking, you need to pay 12 euros per day if you want access to their parking.

Very comfortable bedding, spacious rooms with plenty storage, great pool vibe with bar serving food, staff so welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.

Stylish / arty hotel with a nice but small pool. Lovely seating area at the back. Breakfast is more than adequate. Staff were very helpful. Short distance to the beach but best in a taxi which costs about 8 euro. Lovely shopping centre (inc a massive supermarket) with good street food directly opposite the hotel.

No complaints

All the hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our executive room was spacious and very clean with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the new pool and Bar area too.
