The location, clean quiet room, the food at the canteen was delicious, even if a bit too expensive. The hotel itself is great, stayed for one night, loved the stay a lot. The staff speaks English, which is great for travelers from everywhere :) the bed was comfy too, had a great rest after hiking the entire day!

Check-in is somewhat late (4 PM), comparing to checkout, which is at 10 AM. The only other small inconvenience is the absence of the hairdryer in the hotel room, and I'd also add a tiny kettle so that the tired travelers can drink some hot tea even during the night.

The staff are warm, helpful and diligent. They are wonderful; they go out of their way to accommodate your requests. :) The location is incredible (on top of mountain with wooded hiking trails). Everything is very clean. They have a restaurant with lovely views. It is peaceful. I like that this is not a place for partiers.

The mattresses and pillows are not comfortable. I would have paid more for something comfortable. However, this is a return stay because everything else is so great!

The spirituality of the place associated with a unique experience and atmosphere. The facilities were outstanding and the view was truly stunning. Nothing beats the view. The folks working there were wonderful and very helpful.

The location was fantastic and the setting tranquil. Had a great nights sleep. The views from the hotel over the forest made the stay worthwhile. The hotel could not do enough and we are grateful for the support and kindness shown when one of our group had a medical emergency. It is much appreciated and will have no hesitation in staying here again.

None to be honest, there was no TV in the room but not a problem.

Besides just staying in a Hotel it was a whole experience, there were different activities to do around and a wide variety of food options (good prices). The staff was kind and helpful.

The road to go to the property has a maximum speed of 70, but the road is narrow and on a ravine. It can also be really dangerous after a snowfall.

Majestic location at the top of a mountain in a monastery. Couldn’t ask for more beautiful surroundings. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Everything very clean and well kept.

We found to rooms to be a little on the basic side. Although everything was clean and comfortable.

The place is very quiet. I did not notice the bells until 9AM. The room was functional. The breakfast was great.

Like in many hotels, the lack of AC was a bit problematic as it was the dog days. As the place is a bit far from the closest city and the restaurant closes very early, IMO, in the evening, it might be a good idea to have diner before checking it.

A breathtaking views and a real taste of history in it's raw form. The hotel takes part of this historic sight which is still a part of the adoration route of the.faithfull. An astonishing climax for the love hikers starting from the plein valleys of vineyards passing through a centennial trees park and accomplishing the top with the most unforgettable view. Definitely worth visiting.

This was such a lovely and comfortable place to stay. The views were beautiful and it was a very serene space. I hadn't ever stayed in such an environment before and found it very peaceful. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was simple, but relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to help me when I couldn't log into the WiFi (you needed to be able to receive a text message confirmation). They were absolutely amazing in helping me sort it out - well beyond what I would have expected or even hoped for. It felt very safe too. The breakfast was filling and had nice options. Highly recommend.

If WiFi is important to you, make sure can receive text confirmations (probably not a problem for most!). While not something I didn't like, it was quite remote, so having a car to be able to get to easily was really useful.

Beautiful area, unique historical building, very nice staff, good European (cold) breakfast. Rooms were simple but sufficient, comfortable and clean.

Be aware: limited Wi-Fi in many parts of the facility.
