This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff is kind and the location is perfect. For a 1-person room, the bed is quite big and very comfortable. The shower is good and spacious and the airconditioning is working well. I didn’t expected much from the breakfast since it’s standard included, but it was really good. I will definitely book again when visiting Paris.

I stayed at the Best Western Empire Elysées during my trip to Paris and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées, which makes it perfect if you want to explore the city on foot. At the same time, it’s tucked away on a quieter street, so you get both convenience and peace, which is rare in central Paris. The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff were polite, helpful, and welcoming. They were happy to answer questions and gave me useful tips for moving around the city. The lobby felt cozy and modern, setting the right tone from the start. My room wasn’t huge, but this is Paris, and for the location it was more than enough. The bed was really comfortable, everything was clean, and housekeeping did a great job of keeping it tidy every day. I also liked the little touches like tea/coffee facilities and a minibar—it made the stay feel more comfortable. Breakfast was one of the highlights. The variety was impressive: hot options like scrambled eggs and pancakes, fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, and plenty of drinks. Even when it was busy in the morning, the staff managed everything with ease, keeping things organized and smooth. Combined with such a central location and friendly service, this hotel is a real gem. I’ll definitely choose it again on my next trip to Paris.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time after staying at other hotels in Paris. This hotel has several very important advantages why we returned. It has relatively large rooms, it is quiet, it has a very good breakfast, really friendly and helpful staff and all this for a reasonable price. We also like the location - it is close to the Champs-Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe is right next to it, at the same time you can enjoy a local Parisian area with relatively few tourists, a local farmers market and nice cafes and shops.

The carpeted floors are clean but they are still carpets. Now you have to ring the doorbell every time you enter the hotel. But the hotel is safe...

The excellent location on a quiet street yet just a short few minute walk to Arch de Triomphe and Champs Elysees with convenience stores, bus, train and metro stations nearby. Our party of 3 also enjoyed the size of the room which was bigger than a typical European hotel room for the same price. In addition, Fatima at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit Paris!

It would have been more convenient if the hotel provided disposable cups for the coffee machine in the lobby instead of having to bring our own mug from the room. Coffee creamer cups/packets can also be a nice addition for the Nespresso machine in the room.

The location. It was close to Champs Elysees. Rooms were spacious and the breakfast was very good.

Their policy of non-refundable bookings. By mistake I had made a reservation for 17-18 May when I had wanted a room for 18-19 May. The booking was non-refundable. I asked the hotel for a date change by one day. They refused. They said date changes were not available for non-refundable bookings even though this had not been specified in advance. As a result I lost the entire payment of Euro 200 for the earlier booking and had to make a fresh payment of Euro 130 for the new booking. I thought this was rather unfair and unreasonable on the part of the hotel.

Welcoming receptionist. We had 2 rooms. The first with twin beds was absolutely beautiful and had a small balcony. The second was a queen size room which was basic in decoration but was huge in size and far bigger than I was expecting from a hotel in the centre of Paris. Location excellent and extremely close to the metro station. A little noise at night from the traffic but was totally expected due to the location and didnt bother me too much at all as slept like a log. Breakfast was nothing special but there was plenty to choose from and it was a nice touch that you could boil your own eggs so it was perfectly hot and fresh. Complimentary hot drinks facility in the lobby and in the rooms. For me this hotel was perfect for my stay in Paris and i would definitely stay here again.

A Perfect Parisian Getaway at Best Western Empire Élysées Our stay at the Best Western Empire Élysées was nothing short of fantastic! With two metro stations nearby, exploring the city's endless attractions, from the Eiffel Tower to the Louvre, was effortless. If you're looking for a centrally located, well-connected, and welcoming place to stay for your Parisian escape, this is it!

The hotel itself offers a comfortable and convenient retreat after a day of adventure. While breakfast was simple, it was more than enough to start the day—especially with Paris’ incredible boulangeries and cafés waiting just around the corner.

The staff was excellent both the reception and the cleaning staff, the location was excellent, The room was excellent and very clean, the breakfast was excellent and the lady responsible was doing a huge effort.

Just we asked for a street window, they promised to put in consideration but the reception didn’t mention it when we arrived.

The location is very good, next to the Arc de triumph. Breakfast was very good quality, but low on selection. Staff was OK, moderately kind. The room was clean and recently renovated, bigger than the average hotel room. There was a all day free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, which was a nice gesture.

Every part of the hotel, apart from our room, was very small (elevator, stairs, dining area, buffet...). If you were late for breakfast, much of the nice food would be missing. Internet was not as good as every guest of Best Western is expecting.

The hotel is in a really great location—near the metro station that connects most of the attractions. It is good value for the money. Breakfast had few choices, but enough to eat something different for a few days. The room was small but very clean. The receptionist was happy to help and I am grateful that they helped us arrange traveling to Versailles by public transport. I recommend this hotel - you have everything you need if you are traveling around all day.

I don't have any complaints. It was just a little crowed during breakfast but it is normal in session and if that really bothers somebody, could come earlier.
