The room has a comfortable bed, good shower, good WiFi and the staff is really nice. Because the Station Paris L’Est is so close (5-10’ walking) you are everywhere in Paris (sacre coeur, Eiffel Tower etc.) within 30’. The area is really calm, with restaurants and cafes near by just like everywhere in Paris. We came earlier then check in around 12pm and they still gave us a room. Good value for money for Paris.

The room was rather small, but you still have enough space for luggage and it’s really enough. The sink is really small so when doing my skin care water would get on the floor a bit but it was no problem because you get so many towels. As a girl with a long hair care and skin care I was fine;)

The hotel is in a nice position near to various metro stations. The area between the hotel and the canal is full of cozy and tasty places where to drink or eat after a day of walks in the city. There are many types of restaurants on the canal too and you can really chose between so many different cusines. In the morning we always went to a couple of boulangeries near the hotel to enjoy french pastries for breakfast. The hotel is simple but comfortable and clean (that was everything we were searching for). The staff is great! They gave us suggestions about the places to visit, at the end of the day asked what we did and in general we just chatted about stuff. Ahmed is a really nice person and made our stay very nice always welcoming us over the week. During the weekend Sergio helped us instead and we discovered he can speak a perfect italian. Thank you Hotel Soft for making our stay in the city realxing. We'll sure come back the next time we're there.

Friendly staff who spoke great English , very cosy room with kettle provided. Nicely decorated. Housekeeping staff tidied the room and cleaned every day and replenished items in the bathroom etc. Great to have breakfast available until 10.30 daily - it was good quality but fairly basic. Goods were always topped up when new guests arrived in the dining room. Tube and buses within walking distance. Plenty hanging space. Hair dryer in baathroom. The shower worked well and the contols were easy to use. The shower cream and hand soap smelled lovely!

Room was small - it didn't bother us, but definitely book a superior room if you want more space. The safe didn't work and the light on the wall didn't work after day 1. It wasn't s great problem, but it neded to be fixed and we did report it a couple of times. One morning there was no hot water when we got up early for a tour - should be availble even for early starts. There was a step up into the shower, but they provided a sturdy stool. The shower and bathroom were also very small and there was no room to put toileteries . Staff at breakfast were fine but could have made even more effort to smile and welcome guests.

Nice and cozy hotel perfect for a short business stay or a weekend trip to Paris. The room was clean with enough closet space and the bed comfortable. Cleaning service came daily so the room was alwas perfect. The hotel is located on a side street with very little trafic but close enough to Gare de L'Est train and metro station and Chateau d'Eau metro station. Other stations and bus stops are also nearby. Breakfast offer was quite classic with fresh pastries, good baguettes and very good coffee. All members of staff were always kind and helpful!

The bathroom was small and lacked good ventilation so it was a little damp at times.

I had a wonderful stay at Soft Hotel in Paris! The receptionists, Toufik and Aymen, were exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful throughout my visit — their warm welcome made a great first impression. The hotel room was very clean and compact, making excellent use of space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days of exploring the city. The location is fantastic — just a short walk from the train station and close to many popular attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, offering great dining options. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Soft Hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

The hotel room was nicely styled. The beds were comfortable. There was air conditioning, but we opened the windows, which were nice and big. The location is great. We mastered the metro and trains pretty fast and brought a navigo pass for two days, which was really affordable. The breakfast was nice, too. There's a good bakery and other restaurants close by. The staff were friendly, especially the young man and Turok. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is a bit of a squeeze, but that's Paris, really. The shower is hard to get in and out of because it's over a bath.

I recommend this hotel if you want a central place to stay. Walking distance to 2 train stations and several metros. Safe environment. Spotless clean bathroom (how is that possible?) Convenient stores nearby for your eating and shopping needs. Above all, great staff members! Everyone I meet were helpful and sweet and cheerful. I especially want to thank the sir who allowed me to store luggage before going out to see Olympics opening, and the sir who greeted me after being completely soaked in the rain after the Olympics opening, and the sir who put me in the first floor and stopped watching TV just so I can have a quiet evening.

The only thing I didn't like is the noise of the neighbors' doors (when open and close). But I do have very sensitive ears compared to normal people, so maybe it won't bother other people.

Nice boutique type hotel in a very good location with a choice of metro stations around so easy to commute. The staff was very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Sergio. As typical French older hotels in this area, room was very small but it had everything I needed.

Night staff slept in the lounge area during my check-out on the 8th of October. He clearly wasn't happy I woke him up with my very early check out, hence he went back to sleep on his temporary bed before I even left which made me feel like an intruder in his sleep while he was still on duty. I understand night shifts can be hard, I've done them too, so perhaps a bit more discreet way would be possible.

The room was comfortable and, fortunately, had air conditioning that was a welcome relief to return to during the hot summer days. They had some nice extras like a tea kettle in the room. Staff was helpful and arranged a taxi to the airport for us.

The location was not ideal since it wasn't especially close to a metro station and a little ways out of town from most of the tourist spots.

The best part was the staff specifically Toufi. I left a lot of money over 500 euros in my hotel room after I left for the airport. He actually westerly union the money all the way to Los Angeles and quick. I had the money when I got home. Such a good honest guy. Makes you believe there are still good people in the world. Restored my faith in humanity. The hotel room was bigger than most in Paris for the price. The location was very sweet safe and very parisy. The breakfast buffet was great lots of food and always refilling everything. If you get a cab to the airport on weekend you might hit traffic so leave early! The place was quiet and the mini bar was great. Great experience.
