Location is great. Hotel is clean and beautiful, although the rooms are ridiculously small and over priced for what they offer. Definitely only recommend the apartment as they are bigger and give you the value for money. Staff are not friendly and rude.

The hotel is gorgeous throughout and very detailed with elegant touches, you could look at all the details for days. Very well presented that has a Parisian feel to it. I’m not sure if the location was good or not as everything in Paris is so spread out so depends what you want. This hotel is close to the Eiffel Tower and Champs Elissee. The spa is also lovely to go to after a long day walking. The G7 taxis are the best value for money.

Like most things in Europe the hotel is small but this was not really a problem for us, the pillows on the bed where not the best and the sink in the bathroom was odd but other than that I found the hotel hard to fault. The staff were always willing to help and welcoming.

We had a really good stay here with our two young children. Great spa and pool, the dinner in the restaurant was so so good. Probs one of the best burgers I’ve had in years! Staff so friendly, area was perfect. Such lovely touches, like the teddies on the kids sleeper bed and little gowns and slippers laid out appropriate for their ages. We’ll definitely return.

We rented the "apartment". I loved the beautiful windows overlooking the main street. Also it was very nice to have the kitchenette and all the counter space with a good size refrigerator. The living room was very spacious even with fold out bed.

The closet was too small for 3 people, even for two people since we stayed 9 days and had more clothes than a usual short stay. We will research the rooms for closet size when we book for next year.

The location is fantastic, and the design is both stylish and smart, making great use of every corner so it never feels cramped. The staff is top-notch from the concierge and receptionists to the housekeeping team, everyone is professional and genuinely helpful.

The only downside was an unwelcoming waiter on the first morning of my last stay, which honestly made me skip breakfast the next day. I prefer to start my day on a positive note, especially when on vacation and spending good money.

Amazing location, within 25 minutes of almost everything we wanted to see in the city. A hidden gem of a spa underground which we used everyday and LOVED. And the staff was exceptionally helpful when we had troubles with our departure travel.

A really nice hotel in a great location. The pool is an enormous plus if you are traveling with children. Breakfast is excellent and the service is efficient and polite. Concierge and front desk staff were unfailingly helpful.

The people running the pool/spa were a bit uptight and not very kid friendly.

The hotel, spa and rooms were super modern, clean and faultless. This is the best hotel we have stayed in Paris and in our top 5 hotels in the World. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ keep up the fantastic work 👏🏼

A beautiful property, in the heart of Paris. It was beautifully renovated, and location was perfect for all major tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. It was just a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and around the corner from Champs Elysee which for me is amazing! The spa was a really lovely touch and we had an excellent treatment each. We had a spacious room which was also beautifully decorated!

Whilst the rooms are beautifully designed, there was some noise and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, for a 5* hotel in this area, plush linen and a super comfortable bed is expected at this price point. My partner and I have never complained about a bed at a hotel but this was a downfall so bad that we would choose not to stay again - a good nights sleep is a must on holiday or whilst travelling. My partner never complains and said he was very unhappy about it and it left us both with sore backs and necks. We also found the S.p.A. pool and jacuzzi water very cold (as per others reviews) it was uncomfortably so! So we chose not to return to the spa for the rest of our stay. Other guests also commented whilst we were down there and left quite quickly.

First of all we were amazed by how kind and wellcoming the staf is. They were opened to answer all of our questions and even tell us about some places in Paris that we have to visit. We also want to mension the room. The desserts were so delicious! We are thankful for the amazing expirience!

Our breackfast was not included and when we tried to order crapes (and we did not even asked for the price) for breackfast they refused and told me to chose something from the menu.
