Location. Location. Location. We were basically centre point to everything. Generally the same distance walk in all directions to attractions. We didn’t use it, but the metro is just a couple of feet from the door. Hotel staff were lovely, no issues at all. Some reviews mention noise. We had a top floor room with balcony (worth it!) and I think the noise people must be referring to is the actual lift in the hotel - kind of rattles the walls I think. Don’t think it’s the metro it’s not frequent enough. Anyway, it’s grand - didn’t bother us at all.

Nothing! Just to add though, rooms aren’t big but they are big enough (if that makes sense). All in all a great spot! McDonald’s, Burger King and Starbucks just within a 2 min walk if even. Great to grab something quick early/late.

The hotel staff kindly managed to re-schedule our stay at short notice, due to an error we made. On arrival, the hotel securely stored our bags for six hours until our room was ready giving us extra time for sightseeing without carrying bags. Staff then stored our bags from our checking out time, through to our train departure in the evening. All without charge. This hotel was perfectly positioned for our trip, for both walking and via bus ensuring we got to see everything (and more) during our stay. The metro station is also situated a minute walk from outside the hotel. The room was very spacious for Paris, and had a lift to all floors. Finally, the staff couldn't have been any more helpful (or polite) both face to face and via text messages.

The only thing, was the temperature of the mini fridge in our room wasn't cold enough for our drinks, but the hotel provided cold drinks downstairs and there was plenty of shops and food outlets nearby.

Super clean and spacious room. Good WiFi connection, friendly staff. I read bad reviews on the safety and metro noise but I personally didn't experience any of that. My room was quiet and I didn't see any particular issue outside the hotel door. It probably looks more like a 3 stars hotel than a 4 stars but I had a nice stay and would go back again. The price was pretty good considering the location just next to the station. Great coffee in the room and great quality shampoo and shower gel. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning and 2 windows in the room.

I didn't like the cold lighting in the bedroom. They could have added a small snack to have with the hot drink.

Lovely hotel located by the main railway station and bus stops and metro. Handy for transport shops restaurants cafes and the hop on hop off bus Toot . Fairly small hotel on 6 floors with 2 lifts. Average 5-7 rooms a floor. Perfect for us. Breakfast great selection and drinks machine and buns available 24 hours. All staff fantastic Ali, Sebastian Amur and hotel housekeeping.

All good Could hear trains rumbling and metro but we requested a high floor quiet room which I’m glad off

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Helpful staff, a very spacious room for Paris standards and a decent sized bathroom. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room, a fridge, TV, plus Air-con, which was very welcome during the heatwave. Right next to Saint Lazare station which was good for us as we had an early morning train to catch. Very good value for money.

Just the facade either side of the entrance, but this looks like it’s under renovation anyway.

Good location and very clean... However, that said... it was warm and had adequate facilities and very central. Don't worry about noise from train station it really wasn't an issue

only real challenge was the breakfast area is in reception and is very small, making it difficult to get a table and cramped and drafty from the front door. There is no restaurant or bar. Not sure how this hotel is awarded 4 stars?

Loved the location near Gare St Lazare. Cosy and quiet room with balcony and view of Eiffel Tower in distance, we also appreciated the coffee machine in our room. Approx 20 min walk to Louvre / Seine river.

The bed was a little too firm and the shower had only half a shower screen so very hard not to flood bathroom floor.

Location is perfect. Right next to the St. Lazare station and easy to access from/to CDG via RER. Good breakfast selection and cozy facilities. We stayed 4 nights at the room with the Eiffel Tower view—wonderful stay! Thanks to the front desk associates and cleaning ladies. They are helpful and professional.

Our stay was amazing! I stayed at this hotel with my wife and we had a wonderful week. The room was spotlessly clean, large and always sunny. The balcony view of the Eiffel Tower was the cherry on top. Special thanks to friendly and helpful staff who made us feel as we were the hotel’s only guest.
