The hotel room was very spacious and clean. There was also a coffee machine inside the room and a very cute small balcony. The hotel was also extremely quiet and the location is great. You can walk to the main attractions and there are many cute cafes in the area.

From a 4 star hotel, I'd expect a mini bar and water in the room. I asked the reception is the water from the room was drinkable but we were advised against it. We then bought bottles from the hotel but the hotel didn't have any still water and we were offered two small sparkling water bottles for 4 EUR each. Also in the room there was a coffee machine but no coffee pods and the phone was not working on the first day. All issues were resolved when asked.

Muhamed the Day property manager was fantastic. Very understanding and very helpful. Also, though not central, it is a solid location and right next to the metro. Also, the free coffee downstairs is nice. He was able to accomodate us for a later checkout which was absolutely everything for us. Will come back!

When we first arrived, the air seemed to be broken, they gave us a new room and we had to move room ourselves after having got settled. Also, the new room on the 2nd floor was very loud with constant shuffling chairs and doors and other things. But 6th floor was great so I suggest to just avoid the 2nd or 3rd floor I guess?

Clean room with comfortable bed. Good location. Friendly staff.

The shower had an unpleasant drain smell. The toiletries in the room were very limited: We did not have any hand soap and there wasn’t any shampoo/conditioner in the shower, only body wash. The coffee pods were not replaced each day. These are simple things that could be rectified easily with a little more attention to detail but overall this did not spoil our visit.

Bohemian style hotel in Paris in charming old building with all modern facilities. Very nice useful staff and service from breakfast to checking process. If you have the chance to take the suite on top floor, under the roof, you will have a surprising round bed to welcome you !...

The decoration of the hotel could be a little more sophisticated to create an even better atmosphere, and Parisian style image overall. Some public spaces are a bit overcrowded with organisation materials, like toilets on bottom floor.

The employees were friendly and happy and even when asked a lot of questions they kept answering them nicely. It was a cool experience. Bedding was very good, although i could do with a bit colder covering as i was roasting :)

The rooms are comfortable yet cozy, however very nice in design and theme. We could hear the elevator from our room and the other rooms, yet is behaving quietly not one of the fun parts of being in a Hotel?

Great location with a short walk to Cadet metro and also accessible via Gare du Nord. Room very comfortable with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was great and a large selection of continental, pastries, meats, cheeses and croissants/baguettes. They also have a coffee machine which you can use at any time throughout your stay.

The room was very quiet. The aircon was welcomed and worked excellent. The bathroom was small but lovely with complimentary supplies, the shower worked excellent. The bed was very comfortable. We had bathrobe, slippers and ironing facilities in the room all very welcomed and minibar with selection of drinks and complimentary water and lovely chocolates as a welcome gift :-) . The breakfast area was lovely for meeting our family in the morning who were also staying. Also for having a coffee together at the end of our day. Great breakfast was supplied both hot and cold buffet always a great choice of fresh food with a lovely selection of juice and hot drinks. The staff were very friendly helped us with our surprise arrival to celebrate my sisters birthday. They were all very approachable helping us with directions and getting around and nice places to visit with travel timescales.

The only thing I would say; for my preference was the pillow was too thick for me as I prefer a thinner pillow. I opted to sleep without a pillow for my stay but slept equally as well. I'm sure if I had mentioned it they would have sorted it.

The location was very close to metro and bus routes. The hotel was quiet and the size of the room was surprisingly spacious for Paris. Air conditioning was great for the hot nights. Staff helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

Not the hotels fault the price of room was higher due to the Olympics. But we expected that.

i liked the interior it was the exact same as photos, i liked how clean it was, the let me check out late which was appreciated, and the bed was very comfortable

the walls are thin so i could hear people in other rooms, i put the ‘make up room’ hanger on my door and my room was still not cleaned but they took off the hanger, the wifi did not reach my room

Room: Reasonable size for Paris - tight for two pieces of luggage, fortunately, I was traveling solo. It opened to a normally quiet street (Right now in the AM, there is construction across the street). They had safe, refrigerator, coffee a=makers (and Hot water boiler if you asked)

The TV did not have all the channels available, I wished they had a few English language channels.
