The location is absolutely superb with access to Metro line one and two (the only ones you need as a tourist), steps away from Eiffel tower and the Triumph Arc. Staff, breakfast and facilities are above and beyond. Value for money is the least you can say about this hotel. Would recommend it to everyone from families, couples in love to pure business people. Above is from a person who spends 100+ days /year in hotels and have been in Paris countless times in all manners.

On arrival the concierge could have not have done more to make me feel welcome. I had lost my phone, the staff member at the desk was incredibly helpful and provided me with the aid I needed to be reunited with it. They staff at the desk were very helpful when directions, travel advice or help with baggage was needed and could answer all questions asked. There was a good selection of foods at breakfast and the staff there were polite and the service as great. The room had everything required by the traveler, it was clean, spacious and well appointed.

The springs in the mattress were on the verge of not providing even support. It needed to be replaced sooner rather than later.

Very cosy clean hotel , personnel are very nice and helpful, the only thing that I did not like is the elevator (very old ) We have to get up few satires carrying our luggage to get into the elevator, which is not pleasant when the luggage are heavy , and no body there to help.

The staff are absolutely wonderful! They are very welcoming, professional, friendly, extremely helpful hard-working and caring. We liked the warm, cosy atmosphere and the fact that it’s not very modern which can give hotels a cold feeling.

The room was very small, (but the bathroom was lovely though!)

Melia was in a great location and the staff were fantastic. Seamless stay in a classic parisian style room. Love the balcony especially!

breakfast was amazing, the pull out couch was more comfy than the king bed so I slept in that. staff was amazing I would stay here again!
