Amazing pool, beautiful rooms that were quiet - very well sound proofed. Comfortable beds and pillows

The service in restaurants needs to be improved- had to ask servers every morning for coffee- this this be offered automatically, waited so long for an omlette one morning that I eventually gave up. Also the QR codes for bar service around the pool don’t work. Waited over an hour for a salad at the poolside restaurant one day. Hotel seems to be short staffed

The feature of this hotel is its historic Art Deco swimming pool (indoors and outdoors) which has a long history in Paris - and the view from our room of the pool had the wow factor. We both swam. We were there for a special occasion and the hotel took note of this and added some really nice touches. In addition, my wife particularly liked the Clarins products in the bathroom. We booked this hotel as a treat, it is not cheap but it did not disappoint. We also enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and bar which has a great range of cocktails and drinks, a lovely ambience and great young staff.

The staff was super nice. The bed really good.

The pool was a bit crowed (like the club med when people book seats next to the pool early in the morning) During that time of the year, and especially with the inside pool being closed, you should not reserve one swim lane for swimming lessons the room a bit small and I personally enjoy a tub not a shower The hairdryer was really cheap and not to the hotel standard

We love the quirkyness of the hotel and the pool. The staff on the front desk and cleaning staff are polite and can't do enough to help. The room is clean and comfortable This is the third time we have visited and we would come back The food at breakfast is exceptional as are the staff

We felt let down this time about our experience in the poolside restaurant. Food was poor, bland and expensive - we had a tomato pasta dish and the house burger. The staff there (one girl in particular) was rude and unhelpful. She seemed to practically throw our food on the table. In the roof top restaurant we feel there could be more choice of food.

Absolutely worth a try if you like to swim after a long day of visiting Paris (two really big and well kept swimming pools) and if you appreciate a touch of historic design in a totally modernized environment. I found it quite cool and really enjoyed my stay! Also, staff are very kind and friendly. Breakfast is nice and not overpriced. Overall, correct value for money, considering that this is Paris.

Not perfect for touristy visits of Paris, as the hotel is located a bit far off the city centre and there is no convenient public transport closeby (nearest metro station within 10 minutes walking distance). Given the room rate, at least a bottle of water should have been provided for free.

Hotel infrastructure. Great pool, gym, comfortable bed and silent room.

Difference from staff hospitality. While some staff members made me feel welcome, such as Aurora (from the club), Angelo (reception), Clarysse and Medoune (customer service), others from the reception, pool and club diplayed a snobbish attitude, not greeting or even displaying impatience while communicating with us (as if talking to the hotel guest was a favour and not part of their jobs)

Historical idea behind the hotel and its design are attractive. Staff was great and supportive. Room service was quick

Despite the calm neighborhood that is full of green scenery and the close proximity to Parc Des Princes and Stade Roland Garros, hotel's location is considered relatively far from Paris main attractions. Breakfast buffet was with limited options for a 5-star resort. Room service had small menu

I chose the hotel for its facilities (i.e. pools and gym) and its location. The pools are great so the gym.

I got to stay several times lately and every single time the security guards weren't friendly at all and often spoke very loudly amongst each other's in a foreign language (i.e. not French). This is not the expectation from a 5 star hotel. Also, on my 3rd stay the front desk asked me for my details which I had provided twice already. Again, not expected from a 5 star hotel. The room 319 is located below the rooftop and you can clearly hear the staff above moving the chairs and the table. The facilities are great but service and staff are poor overall.

Breakfast was superb! We tried a lot of different items on the breakfast menu and all were delicious. The pool was beautiful for swimming and plenty of room for everyone. The rooftop restaurant was a lovely way to complete the day with excellent service and food.

We have no complaints.

Everything was perfect: Art Deco atmosphere, friendly staff, comfortable bed, great breakfast and fantastic swimming pools. The hotel building is unique and has a fascinating history. Excellent experience!

One single chair in the room... I'd love to know how two persons are supposed to eat breakfast in their room. In turn?
