Passy Eiffel was just perfect for our stay of 5 nights. It was in walking distance to the Trocadero and Eiffel Tower. The beds were super comfortable and breakfast was great. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The train station was a couple of minutes down the road and we worked out the trains quickly, Paris is the easiest train system to work out. We got a Navigo card and was able to jump on and off trains to go everywhere. There were a couple of great restaurants just down the road and a wonderful bakery a couple of doors down. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Great location, very clean rooms.

Booking.com showed this as property with parking facility - however, there was no parking or when called reception before arrival time - there was not much willingness to provide any parking guidance around in the neighborhood. We arrived just before midnight - expecting there would be a parking (as if it's your problem - why are you asking us for parking). Rooms were very clean but while entering there was this old wood smell there - asked reception for air-freshener - it was same sort of reply - that why are you asking for that - and No they don't have air-freshner. Otherwise, in the day reception was good and location very nice. Rooms quite small - but expected in the middle of Paris. Quite clean bathroom.

When we arrive to hotel, staff was very helpful and rooms are already ready.. And they gave us street & Eiffel view rooms, really amazing and not forgettable.. Even if i did not travel for business, i could sit in the room and watch the view only :) really appreciated.. Location was perfect, very nice restaurants and bakeries just some steps far away.. Metro is very near also, you can reach everywhere by walk easily. Location is also very safe, you can go outside even in late hours. When i travel to Paris again, i will absolutely choose the same hotel. Many thanks for everything to all Passy Eiffel team.. They always helped us in our every question. Rooms are so clean, when i back from work, always find the room as tidy. I can clearly say that this is my best stay in Paris so far.. Thanks again for everything..

Loved everything, no negative comments..

Location is great, 5 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. The room was spacious (relative to Paris room standards). The team at the reception are super helpful and friendly.

The breakfast room was cozy but way too small for this hotel size, there were only one very busy and angry waiter and limited food. Morning pastry like croissant was bad, not fresh, felt like the cheapest long lasting budget croissant from Auchan. Really disappointing. Luckily there is nice bakery next to the hotel. In case you are booking double Deluxe rooms don't expect any view - they are facing the courtyard (the room are nice though)

We loved the Hotel. Its well maintained, comfortable and in a great location. The staff were excellent, and made us feel at home. Best of all we were just a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and a 10 min walk to the National Maritime Museum, with the National Aquarium right next to it. Both worth seeing. We went on our last hours between being checked out at 11 am and waiting for our CAB to CGD, at 2.30 pm. There is a gormate takeout two doors away,

We liked every thing.

All the staff were lovely throughout. Our room was upgraded on arrival and it was excellent, with a cosy warm running bed, shower/bath and a view looking onto the street. Breakfast had a good selection, the honest bar was an amazing idea and we frequented there each evening before bed. The lift is also a positive. We asked for an iron and was delighted when a lady turned up with an iron and ironing board. We loved it so much when the time comes and can return to Paris we would not hesitate at book here again.

Everything ran very well, with fantastic customer service so nothing we did not like.

The staff was helpful and kind, and allowed us to check in a little early since our flight landed in the morning. Christine was great! The hotel is in a great location - 15 min walk from the Eiffel Tower, and 5 min walk from the Passy metro station. There’s also a great bakery next door that we stopped in for our daily pain au chocolat. Overall great experience.

We did request a double bed, and we got a king. Not a big deal but depending on who you travel with, it would be nice to have separate beds.

Meriele (one of the staff member) cancelled my booking literally 2-3 days before the trip when other staff sent me a confirmation email 7 days ahead confirming everything is good and card has been authorized. This person would send me messages that card is not working you can use our link to register your card, but when I would send out an email to the hotel, the other hotel staff would say we tried it again and it worked fine, and they confirmed the booking.

The hotel was very close to the Passy Metronet which made getting around very convenient. The Eiffel Tower is within an easy walking distance. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are good cafes and deli's nearby. It had a lift.

You are not able to use the air cinditioners if the temperature outside is below a certain temperature. The room was stuffy in the evening and needed some air circulating. The hotel is on a busy road and to have the window open to cool the room down during the night means a 4am wakeup. If you are a hot sleeper or get night sweats be prepared for no a/c.

The location is just fabulous. The Eiffel Tower was visible from our room. Rooms were beautifully designed and were actually boutique. The room was very much similar as portrayed on the booking site. Cleanliness was maintained. Heating was working perfectly fine. Loved it.

Though winters, the room was on the pricier side. Could have been more value for money
