Stayed for the second time in this hotel. I was traveling by car to Italy, perfect stay for any transit for the neighborcountry’s. Wonderful staff, extremy friendly again and verry helpfull. Late check out was also no problem. I overslept , so I checked-out 16:00 in stead off 12:00. The parking area is big and safe with security camera’s all over the area, and there an gate which open if you want to enter the area. Special greetz to the frontdesk employees 👍

Large room and bathroom, good parking, convenient for a stopover on the way down towards Switzerland. Good value for money for the room. Plenty of outside space to walk the dog. Welcome drink available early evening.

A little dated and the restaurant was pretty expensive for the quality. Be aware that the cost for a dog (even our small one) has gone up from €11 to €20 euros a night, fortunately we had an email confirming the lower price which the hotel honoured. However that's much more than we usually pay so would probably deter us from staying again.

We had a great stay at the Golden Tulip and extended our original reservation! Meliha at reception was very helpful to do that on the computer. The poolside restaurant, the bar and the large park-like playground with large trees was great since the weekend was one of the hottest all over Europe! The reliable air-conditioning was a big plus. Mina & Dobrinka took excellent care of our room cleaning. And at the bar Zilha did a great job. We will come again to visit the Zoo and the Car Museum in Mulhouse for another extended weekend!

Large room, 24h check-in, good breakfast, friendly staff, large parking, good location next to the highway.

We booked a quadruple room (2 adults, 2 kids) with a queen and 2 single beds, but received a queen and a sofa bed. That could still be acceptable, but we also had to open the sofa bed ourselves. Honestly, if we book for 4, we would expect 4 beds to be ready upon arrival, not just 2, especially if arriving at 23h with sleepy kids. I think the hotel could definitely improve their service here.

The room was spacious and comfortable and had climate control to combat the humidity/warmth of the day. The accompanying shower room was good too. Good affordable charge for the overnight stay.

The carpet could do with being changed and looked rather worn/marked in several places. A rather dodgey remote control to operate the TV. (Relates to room 212)

Used this hotel on several occasions. Large spacious room for an overnight stay.

The bathroom/shower facility seems tired and when I used the shower, it resulted in a flood on the bathroom floor. The hotel should be looking to upgrade to a "Walk in shower." This would stop the current flooding on the floor.

Corridor, spiders, cobwebs, dirty carpet, feisty smell in first floor corridor, lack of electrical sockets in room, broken light in room, cracked bathroom basin, no TV Signal to TV in room.

we arrived late and the kitchen had closed early but the chef agreed to make us dinner including a huge and tasty vegetarian salad, as there was nothing else vegetarian on the menu. generally everyone working there was extremely kind and helpful.

the pillows were really uncomfortable!

Beds where really good. We had a big shower and was really nice. Also the staff and breakfast was great. 16,50 euro p. person.

Price of the drinks at the bar are way overpriced. 5 euro for a Ice Tea are to much. Even as almost 7 euro for a beer.
