A decent hotel for stop over. Location close by the highway was very convenient. Convenient parking spot. Breakfast was decent and the kitchen lady was very kind and polite. Late checkin was unassisted, but for a booking with 3 rooms it took time on the kiosk. Overall ambience was okay for the price paid.

Bit flimsy, with be switches etc, needs upgrading. Not a major problem though. Room was generally tidy, but the dust accumulations were a bit annoying. No lift, so old people with heavy luggages getting the top floors be aware.

The staff was friendly, the room small, but new and clean. Our dog was welcome. The location is good for a trip stop, as it's not far from a highway and there are restaurants closeby.

I think it was all good, considering the amount we paid for a night.

Great breakfast, small but functional room. Comfy bed. Walking distance to some restaurants. Free parking, easy to find and return to Autobahn . . Great value overall.. would stay again. Helpful staff.

Thin walls.. noise from hall / other rooms possible . Smokers at front entrance.. wifi had to manually reconnect each time.

Everything perfect, staff always smiling and helpful. Location quite and close to everything , just 30 minutes to Colmar and 40 to Riquewihr. Bed very comfortable free Wi-Fi and parking. You can find a coffee and snacks machine inside.

The room is a little bit small ,but always clean.

Well located for an overnight stopover en route to Italy from the Uk. Slept well after a long day of driving

No bar area to relax with a drink but we knew that before arriving so not a big issue - just walked across the road to the Kyriad & had a drink there

stayed here several times under former management and always returned as it is well situated for a stopover on route from UK to Italy. good value and clean. under the new ownership we get an extra towel which is very welcome.

there is zero sound insulation between rooms. you can clearly hear people talking in the adjacent rooms. they are currently repainting the interior and exterior which is great, hopefully they can improve the acoustic insulation.

Great location, comfy room, excellent breakfast. Shower was great as well. Free car parking. Shopping centre nearby, fuel station, restaurants. Code system to get in the rooms, hotel after 9 p.m. and to coneect to free WiFi. Nice thick curtains over the windows to support your sleep, also quiet location.

Breakfast - the choice was good but the hot breakfast wasn't hot and the croissants were the smallest I've seen.

It was a nice hotel. The rooms are not very big but just perfect for a stay in Joy. A very clean and quiet hotel. The lady who welcomed us at the door was very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend it for 3-4 day stays.

There was no hair dryer or plug in the bathroom.

Good location for travellers with car. The room was clean The price was the best deal for a one night stay close to the Euroairport

I know it is a two star hotel, but a boiler in the room would be nice. There is no elevator, we dint mind, but it is something to consider if you carry a lot of luggage.
