This is a beautiful old hotel, with an impressive lobby and spacious comfortable rooms. We stayed in a twin room which was a great size for two adults traveling with a small child. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was not extremely clean, which may be partially because it's an old hotel which hasn't been renovated in a while. But it's charming and has a lot of elegant character.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The hotel and its restaurant were also quite empty while we were there, so it had quite a lonely vibe. But for one night while we were passing through France it was fine. Maybe during other times of year it is more lively.

lovely Artdeco hotel very 1920's decor but lovely,,,, quiet lovely hotel room a little small but was just enough for us 2, down side we arrived on a Sunday and the onsite restaurant was closed just be aware,,, very good secure motorcycle parking although a little bit of a walk from the actual hotel,

we had a small issue the morning of check out the lock on our room door broke and we couldn't get back in to get our stuff,,, it was a national holiday so had to wait for the maintenance man to come and open our room,,,, no ones fault and not to criticise the hotel they did everything they could

The stay in the hotel was really cool. Visiting an old hotel was an very wonderful experience. We seemed to be in an old hollywoodmovie... The rooms had been very compfortable. We booked two rooms and one of it was small, the other huge. So different sizes of the rooms. But it was super anyway. We arrived later at 20 p.m. and went into the bar to take some drinks and ordered food. Delicious! I swear, i never expected such good food in this bar. Really nice and kind staff. At this evening there was live music which was a great thing to relax while eating and drinking. The breakfast was good as well. There had been many things to take and a broad bandwith of food was available. Worth every cent. The hotel itself is very central direct to a park. We reached it by car and we needed a parking slot. The hotel has parking slots available, BUT the parking area is around the corner. You have to walk 1-2 minutes. So parking in front, checking in, bring the luggage into the room and THEN park the car. I will sum it up: A special stay! Additional: Please be aware to take a shower at closed bathroom doors. There was a sign, but it was too small and i didn't read it. In the morning at 6 a.m. i caused a firealarm for the whole hotel because the smoke sensors are very sensitive. Even for water dunst... Be careful it was an embarrassing situation for me leaving the shower and going to the front door only with a towel to talk to the manager which knocked many times on my door...

Everything was fine!

Amazing renovated hotel - ART DECOR or - if you wish - JUGENDSTIL. Obviously built in year 1910 - in those days L'Alsace was part of Germany - and renovated 100 years later. In the Hotel Lobby you can enjoy beautiful decor and beautiful collectibles, very tasteful. The people at the Reception were professional and helpful. Breakfast was a buffett which had its price, any waiter wasn't visible.... Hotel's Underground parking 100m away, secured. Location just in the Center.

Unfortunately the Restaurant was closed, which is more or less "normal" in France in our days. And a pity for such a beautiful FourStar hotel.

The room size is good, the bed is very comfortable. The hallway and the outside garden are really nice. Friendly staff. Perfect location, at the edge of the hyper center of Mulhouse, you can leave your car at the hotel (in a private garage), everything is reachable in a walking distance.

AC in the room is working but the room will not be cooled down bellow 23 degrees (in summer with 30 degrees outside). The price of the drinks is quite expensive in the garden (exception for happy hours from 17:00 to 19:00).

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Mulhouse. Bar and restaurant looked nice with art deco touches and the room was very comfortable. It may get quite warm in the summer however. We visited in October and it was still warm.

The hotel advertises secure parking, and while it is the case that they do have a car park, the entrance/exit ramp is unsuitable for anything other than an SUV with lots of ground clearance due to he steep angle. We arrived as a group of 15 sports cars, and had to make alternative parking arrangements having caused quite a scene in the vicinity of the hotel as we tried to find alternative options, which led to some of the group cancelling and moving elsewhere.

The proximity to the train station was most important to us. At the same time it was very easy to get into the city center. The room was small but nice. The staff was very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage before the official check-in as we were early.

The smell in the restaurant was not very pleasant and the washrooms downstairs were dirty.

Great location as in the centre and by the railway station and trams. Parking in the garage. Excellent choice for breakfasts . Staff very friendly and helpful.

Restaurant for evening meals was in the bar. Breakfast a bit expensive at over 20 Euros each.

Great location and very friendly staff. The room was a good size, comfortable bed, but too warm... the Aircon did not work properly I believe. Breakfast was decent but we misssed some more cooked options like scrambled eggs and bacon...

The food at the restaurant was quite pricy and for that they did not get the cooking of the steak Room too warm, unfortunately

The staff were very kind. The room was comfy and there was enough space for weekend trip. Everything was as expected and seen on pictures. The bar at the lobby was open till 12, or 1am, so we could take a drink or two and late dinner. The location is great, less then 10 minutes to the trail station, so you could use this hotel for sleeping and spending the day in another city as Colmar, Strasbourg, etc.
