Monte boasts a breathtaking view of the mountains, coupled with an exceptional staff. A special shout-out goes to their Manager, Sofie/Sofia, who warmly greeted us upon arrival and went the extra mile by presenting delightful sweets for my kids along with a heartfelt welcome letter. Their personal touch made my children feel incredibly welcomed and special. Additionally, applause to the diligent housekeeping staff who ensured our room remained clean and tidy throughout our stay. Kudos to the entire Monte Team for maintaining such high standards – keep up the excellent work!

After reading the reviews we were not so sure about choosing this Hotel, specially being a bit far from lifts and new Gudauri, but honestly the staff and specially "Tako" the manager of the hotel made our stay a very special experience. The first day we wanted to go skiing the guy working got very busy and we had to wait a little bit, so after we came back from ski, the manager "Tako" told us we don't have to pay for our rentals that day! Because we waited too long! also gave us her phone number to call so she can arrange pickup each day when we wanted to come back from the lifts to the hotel! The Hotel is a bit far from new Gudauri but we easily got a bolt each time about 27 Gel they also offer a complimentary shuttle that operates from 10 to12 and takes you to shino lift and also picks you up coming back. The breakfast is simple but tasty, different kinds of cold cuts and cheese and dried and fresh fruit, some pastry and sausage and omlet, good coffee and an amazing view. The rooms are cleaned every day, free water and coffee. If you have a balcony which we did, the view is amazing. Also the sauna and the pool are clean and well kept and its a great experience after a long day of ski, we also ate three times at the hotel restaurant, the pizza and the mexican fries are really good. Altogether we do suggest this hotel if you want a clean quiet hotel with some friendly nice staff. We will be back!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had in Gudauri! The hotel is extremely clean, and the service is beyond amazing. The owner of the hotel and the receptionist Nina were exceptionally kind and helpful. They even opened the kitchen just to make us coffee when it was already closed! They also gave us a free upgrade to a better room without us even asking — such a generous gesture. The location is perfect with breathtaking views, and the food was fresh, clean, and delicious. And for those who care — yes, they have a bidet in the bathroom, which is a big plus! If I ever come back to Gudauri, I will definitely stay at Monte again without a second thought. Highly recommended! ❤️

Wow! Wonderful place! The most amazing, pleasant and accessible staff I have ever met. Nina and Eka from the reception were simply amazing and I will really miss them! The rooms are comfortable and cozy. Although there is nothing much to watch on TV except the news, we managed with that. The food in the restaurant is excellent but not cheap! There is no jacuzzi in the spa, but there is a dry and wet sauna and a lovely pool.

There is no jacuzzi, the food in the restaurant is a bit expensive, you have to take a taxi for 30 lari each way in the city... but we had an amazing stay! And i will come back again!

A special thanks to Erma for her exceptional hospitality—she was so kind and even gave us a special, delicious sweet to try. I would also like to thank Alex, who managed to serve us shisha despite the hotel not typically offering it—this thoughtful gesture was much appreciated. The view was absolutely incredible, and the facilities and services provided were excellent. That being said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The room was a little small, and the shower had an unpleasant smell, which detracted from the overall experience. On a positive note, there is convenient parking available right in front of the entrance, which made arriving and leaving hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the efforts of the staff to make the stay special

The hotel is lovely and has a beautiful cozy vibes, the view is stunning and astonishing. The room has the option to open the balcony door like a window that allows for air to enter, heating is great as well, the decor is simple and lovely, has all ur needs from slippers to bathrobe, cups, mugs, toothbrush mug, hairdryer, kettle and water, there is an elevator and full luggage service. The receptionist is such a lovely friendly lady she is always smiling and welcoming, they will assist with any inquiry. The hot chocolate is delicious and a must try. The breakfast is delicious and has decent variety and the restaurant is cute and has a spacious balcony to the view as well. There is a gaming room and swimming and sauna. Totally recommended ! Enjoyed the stay thank you!

The staff made the difference. The girls at the reception spoke great English , they know what they are talking about , they are caring, friendly and professional. We did a day tour to the Kazbegi area with a driver that they work with... Amazing experience. Bezo ( the driver ) has a heart of gold and knows his way around. The breakfast is great, the view from the room was out of this world, the spa area was amazing... We just loved it. A special thanks to Nina, the Front Office Manager for making it all possible! You and your team are great!

The double room was smaller than we expected There was a constant sewage smell in the terrace area and the outdoor restaurant area No screens on the windows which allowed big bugs and mosquitoes to enter our room Don't try the nearby restaurant called DARIALY very rude staff

The entire staff, including the owners, were incredibly kind and courteous. First class. We enjoyed the restaurant, games room, lobby bar, and outdoors. Fantastic views. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were fantastic.
