Staff were very friendly and accommodating and they all spoke English.

From time to time there were a pretty strong sewage like smell in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and offered me to change rooms though so no worries. The location is even worse then it seems on a map. You are not gonna want to spend any time in the surrounding area whatsoever. It's not dangerous, just very run down and there is nothing there. Bolt is your friend.

The hotel in general is quite ok for those who looking for a place to stay in the city for a day or two on a low budget , the room is very basic with a basic furnitures , there's a TV set (georgian channels only, no satellite channels) kettle and mini fridge but no silverware plates or glasses. The stuff is very nice especially Ilya, the receptionist ,he was very kind, and helped me with everything..

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Comfort. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The staff were kind and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was convenient, with easy access to local restaurants and shops.

The location, space and air conditioning system. Nice place in overall. The staff actually charged me less than the real price because i was not having 3 laris. They were okay to take round figure amount. Such gesture warm your heart and make you feel truly welcomed anywhere. Georgian people are very kind..!!

I was highly suprised how good it was. For this price this is an adequate hotel, with elevator. If you dont need to stay in center (and need to stay in Avangard district, for driving exam or stadium), this is the best.

the rooms are clean and comfortable, basic necessities are provided. staff is really nice and accommodating. location is about 30minutes away from Kutaisi Airport.

the booking mentioned that the stay includes breakfast, but it didn't. we are forced to buy instant foods (noodles, bread) before heading out to airport

Nice and friendly staff, big clean room. We stayed for few hours before our flight from Kutaisi airport, so it was really near and easy to go.
