- great facilities -great kitchen space -large rooms - close to the bus station - really friendly staff

- got a little cold at night, i don’t think a sheet was quite enough for this time of year (late september) - the pool gets drained at the beginning of september which I hadn’t realised

The heating was good, in the room, the bathroom and showers were clean and the staff was kind.

I stayed in the shared room and the mattress was not very comfortable, but for the price it was enough.

Nice hostel to stay in kutaisi.big hostel but it doesnt feel that big with the amount of people in it.nice and big kitchen,clean bathrooms,little outside of the town but they have supermarkets around and the young receptionist in daytime is so lovely and helpful.

The only thing i recommend to change is the attitude of the night receptionists and the cleaning lady.maybe they are not bad people but you feel so much pressure while cooking and socializing with other guest.you feel like they always have eyes on you but i still give this place 10 points because the hostel has a great potential

Our room was exactly as described. I loved the thick walls and sound isolation. The pool is great! TIP for other travelers: Read carefully the room descriptions and choose the ones with AC like we did. It‘s not nice to complain and give this property a bad rating if you haven‘t read the room description or informed yourself about the weather conditions (and the look and feel of Georgia in general).

It’s a large and luxuriously furnished place with a lot of different bed rooms, a very well furnished kitchen, good warm shower and clean toilet facilities, a generous heating system and quality insulation throughout the building (double glazing, thick walls etc) so you won’t feel too cold in the winter; there’s also a nice balcony view. Most importantly, they have a very friendly and welcoming staff who are present 24/7. There’s even swimming pools etc. if you come in the summer. Overall, outstandingly good value for a small price.

I can’t think of anything bad to say. It’s an excellent hostel/guest house.

This place is simply unique, its old style and incredibly beautiful tiles in the kitchen is worth a stay on its own. The beds in the dorms are confortable and there are warm duvets, and hangers on the wall. The whole place is probably the cleanest I've ever seen, shininig-white fresh linen and even the towels were ironed. The cleaning lady is a rare jewel, everything was cleaned on a daily basis with a lot of professionalism (The comment just before mine complains about bed bugs bites but I don't think that's the case. I was bitten too, but the beasts were flying and made noice ....it was mosquitos ! Yes even in November there are mosquitos when the weather is hot, and this place is next to a park. And believe me, I'm paranoid about bed bugs ! ) Incredibly nice young female receptionist who spoke great English too. I'll definitely recommend this place, even if it's not in the center of Kutaisi, the experience is unique, I can't even imagine how wonderful it must be in summer when you have acces to the swimming-pool

Locality and a price was very good. Employee waited for us before hotel before our arrival, although he did not speak English everything was ok, he was really kind and helpful.

on the night of our arrival there was a power outage, which is usual in Georgia. It was strange going to a dark hotel but otherwise everything went fine, a staff member called the English speaking manager (?) who explained everything to us.

Staff were great and very accomidating even though I arrived very late in the evening. WiFi is great in the dorms. I met many friendly people, both guests and staff. There's kitchen facilities and the beds are comfortable.

They don't accept payment by card, but there is a cash machine a few minutes away, so it's not really a problem.

Nice and friendly staff, safe, very clean, although not in the inner city, there are frequent public buses to the centre (contactless bank cards accepted on board). Great value for money accommodation.

The door of the dorm room got broken and was not fixed even for days.

Very spacious. Well ventilated, well lit. Friendly staff and guests. Peaceful and quiet. It is a short and simple walk from a bazaar and the city bus depot, as well, it is adjacent to one of the best parks in the city. Ideal place for both short and long stays. I plan on staying here again if I’m ever in Kutaisi.

I’ve got nothing bad to say. It’s a nice place, I like it. :))))
