The staff was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. The price performance is stellar despite the flaws with the room itself. I mostly booked it as I needed something next to the bus station but I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff was. Tea in the morning was great too. Additionally, the bed was quite comfortable and the air conditioner definitely did the trick

The shower was...not good. At all, really. The first day there wasn't any hot water which was pretty miserable. But, more importantly, it barely drained. Walls are pretty thin as well. That said, you get what you pay for and, again, for the price point it exceeded my expectations

My recent stay at Okriba Hotel at Kutaisi was an absolute delight. Located conveniently close to the city center, the hotel offered easy access to all the sights I wanted to see. What impressed me most? Wonderful Staff: The staff at hotel Okriba were incredibly friendly and helpful and ensured that I had a comfortable stay. Comfortable Accommodation: Even though I booked for a single room they have given me a triple room. My room was clean, spacious and well-maintained. It provided a perfect haven to relax after a day of exploring. Great Value: I found the price of my stay at Okriba to be very reasonable, especially considering the excellent quality of the accommodation and service. .Overall, I would highly recommend Okriba hotel to anyone looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation at Kutaisi. The friendly staff, clean room and convenient location made my stay truly enjoyable.

For the price, the hotel is more than very good! They don't kept have in-room water bottles or supplies but they have a common water dispenser in the hall, and a basic coffee station as well; No sofa anywhere but they have common tables with good seats everywhere. The washroom is fine, beds are ok, AC is fine. Generally this price is damn cheap, also you have free wifi but not great but it can be helpful.

The room was neatly cleaned and ready for me. The property was at a very good location where you can easily go out and buy anything you want without ease. There is a bus station down the hotel, grand mall to the next of the building and a market just across the street. Transportation to anyway near the city or out of town to the big cities is easy and ohh I love the reception guy’s professionalism-Geno and the cleaner Taya.. they were soo good to me during my stay for 12days and they helped me get along in Georgia easily .. The staff, Geno and Linda were very nice and polite and helped me with all the questions/requests i had during my accommodation, thank you! The location of the hotel is perfect: everything is nearby: bus-station, banks, shops, market and its not far from historical part of the city. So, i can recommend this place.

At the first day there was a problem in bathroom, but guys from staff have solved it quickly. The hotel is not 5-star, but it's just perfect for this price and location.

Close to the bus station, nice place to stay for a few nights. If you are planning to leave by bus I would recommend this place. Very friendly employees that helped me find the bus I needed and printed the text fo me in Georgian.

Spacious balcony. Soaps and shampoo in the bedroom. Clean room and sheets. Nice view of the mountains. Free coffee and tea. Good price for the room. One of the employees speaks very good English, the other one a little less but she will use translate to help you as good as possible. They will do anything to provide a very nice stay.

Cheap, good. Amazing guys in the reception. Helpful and accepted late checkout and cash or even payment with Iban from my bank account:)

It's ok. Just a bit noisy at some hours after 10 am from the streets but overall good.

The hotel is located 4 k.m. from the city centre ,but it costs a mere 20 euro cent to get to the centre on minibus no.1 in 10 minutes which stops right outside the hotel every 5 minutes.If you plan to visit other destinations in Georgia the long distance bus station is a few meters away.There are supermarkets,cafes,bakeries and exchange booths within a 100 meter radius.

Everything was good, close to bus station, nice to stay if you are going to neighborhood cities or further destinations. Very nice lady at the reception.

the room smelled of cigarettes, the soundproofing was poor, you could hear what people were saying behind the wall
