We loved the garden – such a beautiful and relaxing space! The pool was okay, though the water wasn't very clear. One thing we really appreciated was being able to chill somewhere outside the hotel – it gave us a nice change of scenery. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially with arranging a driver so we could tour around on our own schedule. Breakfast was great too – a perfect start to each day! The treehouse was great plus all the small cute bridges connecting it, definitely an awesome experience. To add to it, there was a convenient store beside the hotel and that was great!

There were a few things that could be improved: there was no bidet in the bathroom, the TV was placed to the side of the bed which made watching uncomfortable, and there wasn’t enough space to hang our clothes. Also, there was no phone in the room to contact reception, which would’ve been convenient.

Very nice hotel, with helpful staff who arranged an airport taxi for us, in the middle of the night and offered us a glass of Georgian wine! The garden is a hidden gem, invisible from the front, but a very nice surprise. There's chairs, benches and patio furniture everywhere and there's a small pool, lots of trees and shade and grass and even a multi storey treehouse! Rooms are comfy, beds are comfy, bathrooms are old but clean enough. There's towels and slippers provided. Tv in the room is a nice touch and my kids really liked that it has YouTube.

The road the hotel is on, is quite an experience, it's overwhelmingly Georgian. Even though we visited during low season and there were very few occupants, it was quite noisy during the 2 nights that we stayed. During the night people kept on walking in the hallways, talking, dropping things, opening and closing doors and a cherry on the pie was we could hear 2 people "having a good time" for a loooooooong time, screaming and moaning, which kept our kids and ourselves up for almost the entire night. So noise was a thing for us.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and quick check-in. We stayed only for one night, before flying back home from Kutaisi airport, and it was best decision ever. There is such a beautiful and well organised garden, with tables and little cozy corners, where you can relax, drink a glass of wine, breathe the fresh, herbal air coming from the mountains and just chill out before your flight and not only. There is also nice space for the kids to play around. Absolutely top location and only aprox. 20 min by car to the airport. There is a transfer offered by the hotel, and the organisation went super smooth and the driver was very punctual even if we had to leave around 3.30 am. We will definately come back again and stay couple of days longer next time.

Perfect for a family getaway. It's a 15 min drive to either the airport or the city. It's a wonderland for kids. There is a pool, beautiful gardens and archways throughout the property grounds and elaborate treehouses. Rooms are a decent size. There is a grocery store next door which is great and convenient.

No real food options nearby or at the hotel. You'd have to trek into the city.

Very efficient communication before we even arrived! We really enjoyed this small hotel very much. It had an INCREDIBLE garden with a pool and an adult treehouse to enjoy. The young man who was working the front desk was amazingly helpful and kind. There is also a small market store attached for snacks, coffee or other food. Enchanting hotel and superb front desk assistant!

Nothing at all!

It is close to the airport and that was our priority. Clean and comfortable rooms. Tea and coffee available all the time. The guy at reception was amazingly helpful. Thank you very much. There is a grocery store below the hotel. We arrived late and left super early so we did not use the hotel facilities.

The hotel is located next to a busy road, which makes the room noisy. Ear plugs are recommended.

The most person was very helpful is Luca from reception I would like to thank him for help me and make sure that am having good time , hopefully I will came back and I will visit you again and also I would like to thank Otto for offering me a nice restaurant around and also offered me some famous food dishes and also for the late check out and more thank you for housekeeping that make my room ready when was come early and too sleep

The staff and also the grand it wow

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The hotel kitchen is spacious and well-equipped and so are the rooms. The best thing about this hotel is the garden - it's big and pretty and the swimming pool is great.

There are small gaps between the door frame and the door itself, so the door is not soundproof. When we stayed there, some people were leaving the hotel during the night and they were not silent at all and the noise had woken us up.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The double rooms (One room with window on main road and another room with garden view) were huge, clean, nice designed, excellent sound insulation, all things looks new and fresh. Refrigerator and air conditioning worked perfectly. Worth be noted exceptional garden I have never seen anything like this in other hotels. Unfortunately stay for a night only as was planned to move to another town, however next time on arrival to Kutaisi will definitely stay here for longer. Many thanks to owner and all staff

This hotel is ideally located just 10-15 minutes from Kutaisi Airport, making it perfect for a short stopover before or after your flight. It's a small, cozy hotel with a charming courtyard, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the airport!
