Overpriced, still maintenance is ongoing. No money exchange, no ATM in hotel. Soooo UNSAFE to do it @ the Airport!!! Also don’t use local taxi drivers- use BOLT/MAXIM App. Uber is not working here! Regarding the trolleys from the airport, I’ve seen some guests brought them in hotel unofficially for their layover. Poor breakfast. There’s no dairy free milk - oat/almond milk, no gluten free bread, no khinkali. Suggestions for improvement: 2 bottles of water daily, more toiletries: missing hair conditioner, shower cup, cotton pads&buds. Bath robe.

Everything was great and the staff was very friendly. The only exception was a very young security guard in an oversized suit, who seemed annoyed because he had to open the gym for us when our card didn’t work. First, we had to go up to the reception, then go back down with him because they didn’t believe us, only to confirm that the card really wasn’t working. After that, we had to go back up again to have the card activated, which didn’t work either, so we had to go down once more and the door was simply opened for us. During the whole process, the guard kept rolling his eyes and shaking his head. The day before, a different security guard was there, he just opened the door for me, we had a quick chat, and that was it.

This was the perfect location for an early flight. I walked as a solo woman at 4 am to the airport and felt comfortable and safe doing so. After my family left I had a couple of days there alone and felt so well looked after by the staff. Mary on reception went above and beyond anything I could have expected and helped me with my phone problems - even sharing data. And recommending places to visit. And Nadia ( excuse spelling) the restaurant manager was so friendly and helpful and made me feel so at ease being there alone. The staff make this place so amazing

So the breakfast as a vegetarian was a little disappointing BUT I still left with a full stomach but maybe a costly one

We came to spend the last night in Tbilisi before flying home (our flight was at 7am). We wanted a place close to the airport to minimize the time needed for transportation in the early morning. The hotel was actually 5-7 min away (on foot) from the departures terminal, so we did not even needed to get a cab in the morning. Everything was great, the room was very clean an quiet, the staff was very professional and helpful, there was 24 hr service, including the hotel restaurant. We were very happy with our choice!

We booked this place as it is within walking distance to the airport, and we had an early morning flight the next day. Otherwise, it is quite far from the city, with nothing of interest around it, so I would not stay here if not to catch a flight. The staff lady on the day we arrived was extremely friendly. We had arrived into Tbilisi on another flight and reached the hotel at about 10:00 am and were told they could not accommodate us into our room until 12:00 noon as the place was full (We did not get the feeling that there were many guests there and we were sitting by the reception desk and no one had checked out before we were finally accommodated close to noon). Anyway, the room was very clean, new, and comfortable. It reminded us of a business hotel in Europe. That also means that the size is also that of a modern business hotel in Europe (not too spacious). All amenities were present - place to hang clothes, desk from which to work from, and even a safe. There was a bit of space on the floor to leave our luggage, but since we were just in transit, we had not need to open our bags up. Otherwise, the room would have been too small to open up two big bags. Place was spotless and clean. Shower was wonderful. Generally, we got what we came for. Price is on the higher end, considering the locale, but one does have to pay a premium for convenience these days!

We were travelling with heavy backpacks, so we had our luggage on a trolley cart that we brought from the terminal to the hotel. To our dismay, the designers and/or constructors of curbs on the sidewalks leading from the terminal to the hotel (about 5 minutes) did not plan for these paths to be used by trolley, so it was a bit difficult getting on and off the sidewalks (there are several section breaks between the terminal and the hotel). We ended up just walking on the car lane, hoping to evade head-on collisions with the cars coming in the opposite direction. Also, we had to fetch a trolley on our way back to the terminal in the early morning, which was not a problem since it is only 5 minutes away, but of course inconvenient, especially because of the curb issue mentioned above.

The location is excellent, just two minutes walking from the Airport. Perfect for a good night sleep before an early flight. The hotel is fantastic in all sorts of ways. It is very comfortable and spotless. But the best of this hotel is the service. We asked if we could go early leave our bags so we can walk around the city freely and we they said yes. We were given the key for a room that hadn't been clean yet. When we told this to the reception workers, not only they immediately rectified their mistake and apologised, but they also upgraded our room and gave us a voucher for free drinks in the bar.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers arriving during odd hours of the day. Having opened in mid-2024, the property boasts modern facilities, impeccably clean rooms, and well-maintained amenities that ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. The contemporary design and attention to detail reflect the freshness and quality expected from a newly established hotel. My stay was delightful, with the hotel's convenient location, pristine amenities, and the chance to savor a variety of authentic Georgian dishes adding to the overall charm.
