Staff were very helpful before, and during our stay. Breakfast was really good too. Spacious room with.a modern bathroom. Location is great and parking is really easy and close.

Pressure in the shower was good on our first night on the first floor but not as good on the third floor for our second stay. A more up to date TV would have been great, casting potentially or even just English subtitles. It didn't bother us but the bathroom doesn't have a proper door, its a sliding panel.

This is a great little hotel. In fact it’s pretty much perfect. The rooms are large, the bed is very comfortable and the shower is so powerful it would nearly take your skin off. The location is great, within walking distance of all the lovely shops and restaurants of Andernach. And the breakfast was 10 out of 10. So much choice and perfect crispy bacon!

This was my second time staying in this hotel, and it was just as amazing as the first stay. Great location, lovely breakfast, wondering staff, great value for money, very comfortable beds.

The hotel has a perfect location. Very close to the decent restraurants. They have a satisfying breakfast. And the personnel are so kind. They have a very easy self check-in procedure for the late arrival cases.

We had the suite and it was stunning with a lovely balcony overlooking the town walls. Exceptionally clean. Nice breakfast and we enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace. Iron and ironing board available.

This is a lovely small hotel - way exceeded our expectations. We booked the Suite (our two adult children and partners had standard doubles) and it was amazing. HUGE with a great six-person table for game playing or eating. Comfy living room space. Great beds in a separate bedroom. Sauna (pay to use) with very cool shower and amazing bathroom with bathtub and huge sink. It was fabulous. Spotlessly clean. Standard rooms were also very nice, roomy and clean. Breakfast room is lovely and breakfast was very good. Well-equipped honor bar. Excellent staff who gave us a great dinner recommendation.

Great location immediately off the bike trail and 50m. from the town square / center . The young lady at reception was extremely pleasant and very helpful . Great locked indoor bike storage . Lift to room . Room very nice , clean and bright . Many good restaurants within 4 - 500m. walk . Breakfast was also very good with hot and cold food options . We will return here again on another bicycle journey.

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The location, the staff, the breakfast, the room. I have no complaints at all when it comes to Hotel Am Helmwartsturm. I highly recommend it.

There is nothing to dislike about this place. Everything was perfect for us.
