The location is very good. Close to the international congress center, 15mins walk to it through a quiet little neighborhood. Train station for the S bahn is 7 minutes by foot. Upon arrival easy self check in through an iPad. Now the rooms. They are spacious, suited for a longer stay as they have a kitchenette. Very clean. Great bathroom with fantastic shower and great water pressure. Very soft bedding but clean sheets. Lots of wardrobe space. Overall neat and spacious. Very good soundproofing. Good coffee.

Supposedly according to the description there is a pantry-supermarket kind of space at the reception where you can buy drinks, beer, washing detergents, toiletries, crisps and other snacks. No coffee or tea can be bought there, there was none. You can get a coffee at the bar where the reception clerk can do it for you, if he/she is not busy. Breakfast is average not much to choose from,tables not cleaned after one finishes breakfast.

The staff were all very friendly & helpful but the main reason we chose the hotel was its proximity to the Adele concert. A 30 minute easy walk there was ideal for us.

This was my second stay at this hotel — and once again, I was very satisfied. It’s truly the best value for money. This time, I booked a room with breakfast — they offered hot options like omelets and boiled eggs, but overall the breakfast was quite minimal. One thing I’d like to highlight is the excellent sound insulation in the room: no street noise can be heard at all. The only minor issue is the sound of doors closing in the hallway, but it’s not a major concern. The location is very convenient: there’s a bus stop nearby with connections to the metro, or you can walk to the nearest S-Bahn station. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, mostly surrounded by office buildings, so it stays calm day and night. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: an electric kettle, microwave, and a fridge with a freezer — definitely a big plus!

There is no ramp in the shower area, and the shower doors lack rubber seals. Because of this, after a 10-minute shower, water leaks out of the cabin and spreads across the bathroom floor.

Very modern hotel, nice quite large fridge in the room that is empty so you can use it for your own drinks and snacks. Good parking on the side of the hotel with fair price.

The concept of self check-in was a bitt odd as it for example didn't give the room number even though you can make your own keys - so then you anyway need to wait for the staff to tell you the room and instructions to elevator etc. Another point in the room that I think no one ever actually enjoys is a mirror from bedroom to toilet.. even if you are traveling as a couple it's not necessary to see one another using the toilet, but it seems to be more and more common in modern hotels..?

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and were impressed by several aspects. The parking facilities were convenient and easy to access, which made our arrival stress-free. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast was a good, offering a generous and delicious variety to start the day right. The location couldn’t be better—ideally situated for exploring the area and close to everything we needed. What really made a difference, however, was the helpfulness of the staff. Despite a technical issue with our booking, they handled it quickly and professionally, ensuring we felt welcomed and well cared for. It was also great to see modern amenities like charging facilities available on site. Although the charging station didn’t work with my card, the fact that the option was there shows a forward-thinking approach that we appreciated.

While our overall experience was great, there were a few areas with room for improvement. We did notice that bacon was missing from the breakfast selection, which was a slight disappointment given the otherwise excellent spread. Additionally, while our room was generally clean and comfortable, we did spot a small speck of dirt that had been overlooked—nothing major, but worth noting. Breakfast time can also get quite busy, so it’s a good idea to plan ahead if you prefer a quieter, more relaxed start to your day. A bit more seating or staggered breakfast scheduling could enhance the experience for future guests.

The atmosphere is very warm, friendly, and welcoming. There is great respect for guests and an environment tailored to their needs. The reception provides assistance with anything you might need. The space is comfortable, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and meet high standards. I am very grateful that I chose this hotel. It is in a great location – just a 15-minute drive to the center of Munich, making you feel like you’re right in the middle of everything. Additionally, a large shopping mall, REM, is nearby, and the train station is just a 5-minute walk away. It’s the perfect place for both budget-friendly and high-end services. ♥️🎉

I would make some changes to the breakfast and add more variety. Having the same menu every day can get boring.

The hotel is 20 min on foot from the Congress Centre. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The girls working at the reception were polite and helpful. The ironing stasion was very convenient.

There was not even one bottle of water - after a long journey it would have been nice. We had two cards to the room- when one was working the other was blocked - so if we wanted to return at a different time- we had to code the card one of us wanted to use ( but then the other stopped working), it was very inconvenient and time consuming.

Great room, clean, weak AC but big window so lots of air. Quiet and calm. Washing machine & dryer super helpful!!! Small store working 24/7 with some snacks & drinks & some small necessities. Workout machines are in the lobby so did not use because no privacy. There is a bar and restaurant also but did not use. Location is far from centre of course but there are local buses and trains to get around if you are without a car. Guy at the reception was the best part, he has to do like 20 jobs at once and still manages to do them fast enough, they should hire more people but he was awesome! Everything was good! Recommend.

Very clean. I like simple and comfortable interior. Spacious fridge and a kitchen counter is often appreciated if I travel for several days. A little store on the ground floor with some snacks was perfect.

It was difficult to find a place to charge in a lobby and restaurant area. The socket was just in one corner with sofas. It would give me great pleasure to have a glass of wine in a vibrant atmosphere with my evening emails/wrap up of the working day, when batteries of phone and PC needs to be charged at the same time. Breakfast could have a bit wider selection and creativity, but in general was ok. Location is as it is. I guess it is more suitable for travellers with cars. I was comming from Messe as the closest hotels were overbooked, it was an OK walk, but felt a bit remote. I did not find the place to refil my drinking water, may be it was the drink dispenser at a bar, but was not sure - would appreciate a sign on it.

I have been in Munich for ISPO fair and the hotel is very practical for that with good rate price for what they can offer. The bus stop of 263 is very close and in 5-10 minutes the bus brings up in front of the fair. The room has been super clean and very comfortable. Looking the average of the hotels in the area, MASEVEN stands up a bit in services and quality of the rooms.

I experienced to eat there in the evening, and I think there is room for improve the offer of food. Saying that, the pizza I got was ok for a quick dinner and at very good price.
