Clean and decent sized rooms with the basics. We arrived late in the night, so we really appreciate the 24 hour service. They have limited free parking surrounding the building but for the underground gated parking, they charge €12 extra. The room doesn't have a wardrobe but has 2 space for hanged clothes/coats. The bed is firm, which we liked, with 4 large pillows in all white beddings.

No fridge or kettle, but with 1 free still water and a generic shampoo/body wash (that smells like dishwashing liquid) and hair dryer. Its not absolutely soundproofed, since I can hear outside siren and people walking past our room but slept well either way.

Rooms were decently sized, bathrooms, perfect. Excellent beds, shower, breakfast. Parking in front of the hotel if lucky. If not, a few dozens yards away, so no biggie. Perfectly easy and close connection to the autobahn. Staff very accommodating and nice, especially the young lady in day shift and one of the guys during night shift. I would definitely return.

The bathroom ventilator never shuts down and can be noisy. Also noisy is the A/C but not efficient at all, it doesnt cool the room at all. Luckily, Augsburg never gets really hot and nights are cool enough. There may be some constant annoying noises coming from various electronuc systems. I used earplugs from the second night on and all noise related problems vanished.

late night checkin done in under 30 seconds by tall friendly man... luxury bed and bedding allowed me to sleep for 10 hours! Hot shower and silence. I also like that a nice man who was photographing cars that were parked overnight and organizing their towing, told me that if I parked overnight in the parking opposite the hotel which is for the electronics shop then my van would be towed away and the fine is about 500 euros. Guests please consider protesting by never buying anything from that chain of electronics shop... it is pure commercial piracy as the warning sign is tiny...and the carpark in previous years has been more than big enough to handle the small overflow from the hotel... parker beware!

Some english language channels not working like DW english and CNN were not working... Also there are no english language movie or entertainment channels... we need more than just the news spews guys... especially the lying BBC yuk!! Couldn't have hot coffee in the morning as reception staff have no way to heat up the half-warm coffee that comes out of the automatic coffee machine apparently... this is what happens when everything becomes automatized... the customer has to accept below average quality... apparently...

As always an excellent sleep on the luxury bedding. Very friendly young woman at reception gave me some tips for eating out. Smiling and enthusiastic! what a great pick for a receptionist...

Having the cleaning guy who looks like an extra from Midnight Express knock on my door at 11H55 to let me know it was nearly time to checkout... Having a hysterical woman cleaner who was aggressive and rude knock again at the door at 12pm to tell me the same thing... I guess i was on the first floor to be cleaned that day? Coffee machine at reception only makes expensive half warm coffees More english language tv channels needed PLEASE

fast easy checkin and fast easy business invoice given upon request. Bathroom is well thought out with very hot water and good pressure and heat adjustments possible... room is big with desk and bedside luggage area and television with some english channels... more english language channels would be great PLEASE..the best part is that the bed and pillow and covers are so luxurious and allow a deep and luxury sleep. Price is good for same day and last minute bookings...

PLEASE buy a coffee machine at the front desk that makes hot coffees.... i get it served half warm every time i checkout at 12pm ... Cafe latte or other milk coffees from that machine are not hot and that is a great disappointment every time because they are not cheap and they are not satisfying... maybe the coffees across the road at the bio markt are better...

Room was nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious. We stayed only for one night and it was fantastic. The bar at the lobby is opened until late in the night, so it was a great end of the day after the music festival we attended. Location is not close to the city centre, but it's good if you are only attending the nearby messe. Nevertheless, there's a tram close by (10 min walk) that will take you to the centre.

Perfect location, very very clean. As soon as we opened the door, it looked so clean with a lovely fresh smell. The room size was also very good and bathroom was amazing.

There were 2 single beds put together, not a double bed. It was not very comfortable when we wanted to cuddle as the beds moved apart, we had to sleep on 1 single bed. Another slight problem is that parking was very limited and we had to pay to park as the roads around the hotel were packed with cars.

Good value for money, also the location is perfect in a quite suburb. Parking is free, however if you want a secured parking its €12/day which is good price. Place is clean and shops are in front of the building. The receptionist speaks English and very helpful. Would like to come back again.

Pillows are too soft. But still had comfortable sleep.

The breakfast surcharge is appropriate, there is a wide selection of food. We only slept there on our way up north. The staff was very nice and helpful.

When we had our windows openned, we smelled something like sewage from the outisde. I would welcome to have a small hotel fridge in the room. The close surrounding is a bit vague.

The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the towels were changed daily. The breakfast had a nice selection of food typical of a continental breakfast but with extra things such as yogurt, scrambled eggs among other things. The coffee machine was great and had a good selection of different coffee types. The staff were also very friendly and helpful when we asked for an iron and ironing board. In addition the hotel is located close to two supermarkets and is only a 10 minute walk from a tram stop.

The windows in our room could only partially be opened. I am sure this is a security issue but it did make the room feel a little bit stuffy especially if one is used to airing their houses. However, there is an AC unit that helps keeping cool during the summer months.
