We stayed on the triple room. Super spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. The location can't be better in Bacharach. The views from the room are breathtaking.

The description of the room states that there is no lift in the hotel, I suggest adding what floor each room is at or how many sets of stairs you need to go through to get to the room. That was an unexpected bit of extra cardio every time we wanted to go up. The triple room is the top floor and can get hot if you don't leave the aircon on during the day which is not great for the environment. That said, we did happen to be there during unusually hot days of this year.

Nice hotel in the heart of town. Interior was modern mixed with the historic, which was well done. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and was the best one that we had out of all of the hotels on our trip. We parked in a private garage (single) which was the last one available at the time of our check-in. Parking is available along the main road also. We would stay here again.

We were there during a hot period, uncomfortably hot. Our room did have air conditioning that was not effective at all and it was controlled by the hotel. It was hot and the air was still until after midnight. A fan or ceiling fan would have been a perfect solution to this problem.

Great balance of charm and comfort. Large rooms. Plenty of storage. Very clean. Good breakfast.

Road noise and train noise. Hotel is right between the Main Street (which people drive down often and very fast) and the train tracks. You can’t sleep with windows open if you are a light sleeper. AC us 10€/night and not adjustable. You have to tell the front desk what temperature to set it to.

A lovely hotel in a historic building and town. The room was spacious and well decorated, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was super, a really wide range - the fruit bread was delicious! Lovely staff who were professional and helpful. Beware, the parking nearby only takes Euro coins, and at our time of visit you are only charged between 10am-6pm (€5).

Strange square pillows folded over - all air and no filling! The towels could do with an update, too. But these are minor grumbles, overall the hotal is great!

Very well run hotel. Excellent location in the town; extremely quiet and charming. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The ensuite bathroom had a double sink and was also spacious and very clean. The inclusive breakfast offered a variety to suit all tastes and was plentiful.

The only drawback was the lack of assigned parking. Parking was in a car park by the road and cost €5 per day. This wasn't the fault of the hotel of course but visitors might want to know beforehand.

The room was modern and comfortable. The hotel and the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is particularly useful in summer. The hotel is located in the city center and it's close to many restaurants.

The breakfast was quite limited, in particular there weren't many sweet options.

The hotel is close to the main attractions and close to the restaurants. The breakfast is very diverse and with good products. The room we got was big and very clean. Bacharach is a wonderful town where many activities can be carried out: riding the byke, climb to the Castle or old tower, close to other castles on Rhine valley etc.

They do not have a parking place or a parking agreement as other hotels. However, the parking is not far from the hotel location.

The hotel is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Bacharach. The car parking lot is by the Rhine River, about a couple hundred meters walk from the hotel. The room was good and clean, but a bit too warm. We were able to turn on the air conditioning, but hadn’t noticed that we were given a note upon arrival stating that the use of the air conditioner was not free. Fortunately, the fee wasn't very high. The breakfast was good.

Great location and breakfast. We had a room on the top floor and it had amazing views.

air conditioning blew hard but only on one spot of the room, so the other side of the room didn’t cool well. We were on the top floor which was the hottest of all the floors so just a heads up -if you don’t mind that then the views on the top floor are great.

Great location. Good breakfast options. Spacious and clean room. Big telly (with exposed HDMI connections so we could watch movies from our iPad) and lovely bathroom. All in all a good place to stay.

Slight confusion over aircon: it’s available, but only in certain rooms and at additional cost. We were aware of this, but confusingly we were assigned an upgraded room on check-in, which was lovely, but the new room didn’t have the option of aircon. Luckily our visit didn’t coincide with a heatwave so this wasn’t an issue. Unfortunately our room offered terrible Wi-Fi connectivity despite it working fine elsewhere in the property. Not having tea / coffee facilities in the room was a little disappointing, but the provided fridge proved very convenient during our stay.
