Great location on the hills about 4km above the Rhein. If you are looking for a good base for walking along and around the Rhein valley, it’s perfect. The hotel itself is quite modern inside with a lovely bar and restaurant area. Outside is a lovely terrace with overhead blinds and great views of the surrounding countryside. We opted for dinner, bed and breakfast which is recommended as there didn’t appear to be anywhere else nearby to eat. However, dinner was absolutely superb and well worth the additional €27 each. We’d also chosen a small double room and it was very spacious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Sun loungers on the grassed area below the terrace would be a good addition and a swimming pool would be fabulous, but it was 32 degrees when we arrived 😊

As we had a late booking and they were busy, only a small double bedroom was available, which was adequate and certainly good value. But would have preferred larger room with balcony

Breakfast was as one would wish; the staff were accommodating and would cook if you required anything that was not visible, and the food was well presented. The menus were delicious and well-cooked by Chef Fetz and his team

amazing view, great staff and food. the place is very neat and rooms are very modern . sauna is amazing and well maintained. great place for weekend hideout and relaxing .

breakfast could be better, few things were already finished before closing and they didn’t consider to refill . beds could be better .

Dinner was superb.

Our room was small, with a roof angle hazard on one side of the bed. Sadly we did notice this when we arrived, so couldn't mention to change. Seating arrangements for dinner had already been allocated on arrival with names on tables, haven't come across this before.

Very clean and friendly vibes 😊 also the view from the balcony was great!
