The young blond guy at the front desk who checked us in was so nice and kind and helpful. We had complementary glasses of wine and free pastries. All was generous. The room was comfortable and spacious for a couple and 8yo+16yo. Location is perfect. Breakfast was perfect.

When we checked out in the morning the woman at the front desk who desk asked us to pay for the bottles of water who were in the room though it doesn’t say anywhere that it costs money. It’s small but an annoying thing. Still we had good time

The room, bed and bathroom were large and comfortable. I enjoyed the bath and that there was a coffee machine and fridge. The doored balcony was sweet and the windows allowed fresh air into the room. Fresh fruit, and real orange juice were a big winner for me after being offered pre-mixed fruit and juice over the past 3 weeks. The location was around 300 mtrs from the main strip and the hotel has a lovely food establishment downstairs.

There are pros and cons with the restaurant downstairs - it was a late night with noise, but I wouldn't let that stop you from visiting. As feedback fir imptovement, maybe milk in the room for the coffee and better toiletries in the bathroom lift comfort levels fir guests. The hotel is very elegant.

The hotel reminded me of grand hotels of the gilded years, which it was built at that time. They had extras like a welcoming drink with little cookies that made it even more grand. The breakfast was laid out very well and the addition of stuff like fresh squeezed orange juice and tea or coffee served in tea pots was awesome.

The pictures make the family suites look like there are 2 bedrooms. We moved to room with a small room off the bathroom that had a twin bed to allow our child some privacy. That part of the hotel does not have air conditioning, but it was good for us based on the time of year of winter. It was a cold room, but our kid loves the cold.

This is a very pretty hotel with a gorgeous big stained glass window in the dining room. The staff was friendly. It was an easy walk to the old town area. Our room, #311, was large and had a view of a park. The kingsize bed was very comfortable.

The room was not soundproof and we could hear our neighbors from time to time. The shower floor was slippery. We couldn't find the entrance to the hotel's parking garage. My wife went into the hotel and the receptionist came outside and explained how we'd have to go around a large block to get to the back of the building. We finally found it.

The facilities were in an older but completely renovated historic building in the Old Town district, and a short stroll from the Obst Markt and river Regnitz, which flows through the town. Convenient location rates a 10. There are several wonderful sights to see with little effort, especially the Altes Rathaus sitting on it’s own island in the river

The Breakfast buffet available for Eu12 seemed a bit skimpy on quantities and quantity of food available. The breakfast room was, however, very elegant with white tablecloths and nice china. This is the only reason I didn’t give this 4 Star hotel a perfect “10.”

A lovely, quaint hotel in an old building but with a new looking bathroom pod in the large room that had a bath and shower above. I missed breakfast but next door is restaurant with a range of breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The location was excellent for wandering around the town.

There was nothing that stood out.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were greeted with a glass of wine, which was a nice touch. Great location. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. A lovely breakfast in an elegant restaurant. A beautiful hotel.

The shower was the only fault. Would be nice to have a screen over the bath.

Great location close but not too close to the crowded areas of this beautiful city. Room was large with comfortable bed. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were helpful and friendly.

More easily accessible power outlets near bed for charging devices. everything else was great.

The room was quiet and adequate in size- excellent bed especially the pillows- breakfast is full of variety and well suited to all tastes- location is excellent next to the bus park, and several restaurants a walking distance from the historic district.

Absolutely nothing - it was perfect!
