A nice, modern feeling hotel with good facilities in a great location for exploring Bamberg. The rooms are very nice and clean with everything you require. A good nights sleep was had by all. Breakfast was excellent. One of our group arrived late so did not come out for dinner in Bamberg with us. The hotel restaurant was about to close but were kind enough to let him choose from their menu and prepare his meal while he showered and changed. He then ate there after closing time which was fantastic and highly appreciated.

We were traveling with our dog and your Hotel was a perfect experience for us. It is close to all of the city attractions, the staff was extremely helpful and kind, our dog was extremely comfortable and felt welcome with the dog bowls and information, and the breakfast was perfect! Thank you for the great stay - we will definitely be back again.

The only recommendation I have is to replace the carpeting in the dog friendly rooms with an alternative flooring (something that can be cleaned easier). Other than that, everything was fantastic!

The breakfast buffet was great. The location is just 5 minutes walk from the Downtown. The room was very sound isolated so we didn't hear any sound. There is a parking garage just outside of the Hotel and for the price its a high value for a 3 star facility.

The Hotel cleans the room every 2 days but that is ok because the lobby has towels if needed. The restaurant is decent but there are not many other services in the facility, but the location to the downtown could be the reason because you won't need much.

My comfortable, spacious, quiet room had all the expected features of 3-star accommodation. But the hotel’s peaceful location makes it special: the Kongress sits beside the river, a very pleasant, ten-minute walk (along a tree-lined walkway) from the central area of Bamberg’s old city — quite convenient, as it turned out. It was nice to return here from the sometimes crowded streets downtown. On a Saturday night this was a welcome retreat.

Only one of the room windows opens, and only slightly. This was typical of all rooms as far as I could see.

Staff, breakfast the room and location 10/10 will be back next year, for us it was an annual Soul weekender, plus we stayed here in 2023 and came back for 2024 because we loved the hotel, I do say to friends Bamberg is well worth visiting, and would point them in the direction for this hotel, fresh omelettes are a must.

The hotel is new and in good condition. The breakfast was very nice.

The staff only cleans your room every other day. The fitness room is tiny and does not offer much. If you want anything else, besides what the hotel offers, you have to walk into old town. Very quiet area. We paid extra to stay in a hotel with the air conditioning, yet this facility’s air conditioning was barely functioning.

The family room booked was spacious, consisting of the bedroom proper and a large seating area with Sofa bed, desk and it’s own TV. The bathroom had a bathtub and shower with a hand held shower head. There was ample storage in wardrobes. Everything was in very good condition and very clean. The room was very quiet with views of the park and the stream. Windows could be opened fully and had mosquito nets. Parking was very convenient in an underground car park with elevator access to reception (EUR 8/ 16 hours). The breakfast was good, offering continental as well as English breakfast options.

Everything was fine or even very good, just be aware that this hotel also caters for conferences, so it might not be as calm and quiet than we experienced it.

Room was not cleaned on Saturday morning, and a kettle would be nice .

The location is great, a few minutes walk to the city center. The room is spacious, the desk can be used to work from there. I was lucky enough to use one of the small meeting rooms to work from there.

Most of the cleaning stuff didn't speak any language other than their native one, which is a pity but also understandable in today's world

Nice room, new furniture, relatively big, great location, super cool cafe, and breakfast, all clean. We checked in before the official check-in time.

In the bathroom, there was an unpleasant smell from time to time. Also, TV was to the right from beds, not in room centre.
