I loved that they had rooms for 2 people, just perfect for me and my friend, and very nice to have a sink in the room. The beds were very comfortable (nothing extraordinary but the best hostel beds I have slept on). The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was very well connected with the centre of Berlin by trams or buses that run very frequently only a 5 min walk from the hostel.
The wifi did not work. I had to use my data all weekend which isn’t cheap. There was a wifi to connect to, but there was no signal at all from the room, so much so that the wifi would just disconnect itself. Sometimes it wouldn’t even connect due to such a low connection. The kitchen was also not very clean. The sinks were blocked with dirty water and bits of food, the plates in the cupboards still had pieces of food on them and there was cutlery full of grease left on the drying racks. I know this is more to blame on the guests using the kitchen and not the hostel itself, but maybe more frequent cleaning would be best. The showers also didn’t seem very inviting.

it was quiet after 10PM which was really nice.
my first night I was the only girl in the room with 7 guys who were a lot older then me, so I would just suggest making sure the ration is a little bit more even.

I liked that they have clean showers and bathrooms. Also, there's a room with hairdriers and big mirrors next to the lobby. Very useful to check your outfit and whatnot. I also loved Hanoi One, which is an amazing vietnamese restaurant located less than 2 min walking. The staff was super friendly. I lost my lock keys and the guy at the desk was very nice to help me break it open.
I didn't like they allow big groups of teenagers. It was very loud during the second night when one such group arrived next to our room. I always bring my ear plugs so I was fine, but I'm sure the other guests hated those kids.

The room was spacious and there was even a small table to work from. The wifi was good. We got lucky and when we arrived at 8 am our room was already ready and we could check in super early without any additional fees! The shared bathrooms were really clean and although the shower heads were a bit outdated, the water pressure was fine and the temperature was easily adjustable. The staff was very kind also
The floor in our room could have been a little cleaner, there were some crumbs and like a tape roll under the bed which gives the impression that the floor wasn't cleaned there

I genuinely had a great stay at this hostel. I met many other solo travellers, which was lovely and I genuinely liked the facilities too as the hostel provided a communal kitchen where we could cook food which was nice. The staff were generally helpful and helped with any questions I had. I also really liked the area of the city the hostel was in as I found the neighbourhood to be very laid back and had good access to local shops and great transport links to other parts of the city.
Nothing I didn't like overall everything was good.

The hostile is nice and clean. The price matches the expectations. If you want a hostile where you can just rest and sleep, this one is good. There is a bar and pool area, that's fine for chilling. No loud noises and parties going on.
If you're looking for a hostile that facilitates meeting people and making new connections I would stay somewhere else. St. Christophers Inn hosts more parties for instance. But that just depends on what you're looking for as a traveler.

Very cozy, clean and warm room, we were fine even now in december with the cold outside. Very nice ambience in the common places and full equipped kitchen. The receptionists were very friendly also. I recomend you to bring a padlock if you are going to share the room, there are lockers available. The neighborhood is calm during the night and there's a lot of places to eat in the paralel street until late, there's public transport very nearby and a mall les than 10mins away by walk. If you have time you could even arrive to the central train station in 30mins by walk
The bathroom was fine but I wished there was some place to put more things on the shower space, like a shelf to put soap and shampoo, it was difficult to manage everything with just two hooks.

The shared bathrooms were clean, and we never met other guests there, so that was very nice. The staff was super nice and helpful. The sheets were also clean, and the bunk bed wasn't super comfortable, but it was okay.
Our room had a window above the hostel bar/garden, and it was SUPER loud. We had to close the window to be able to sleep, and then the room was super hot... I guess this is only an issue during warmer months, but it was very annoying.

The staff at the reception was very nice and well trained: they were fast and gave me clear instructions. Check-in and out were very uncomplicated. The building is located in a calm street. The room and the bed sheets were well cleaned, the mattress quite comfortable. The room's furniture are placed in a smart way for a shared room.
The bathroom close to my room lacks a bit of care: it was a bit dirty also with mold on the walls in the showers, the doors from the showers don't close easily; I missed more hooks/were to put objects in there; no rug/towels to dry the floor after the shower. The toilets have old dirt inside "glued" inside them.

The hostel is really nice, I loved the lobby, the staff was very friendly and helpful, they answered all of my questions, I got shampoo for free and as it was advertised the room was only for girls and the room had a sink with a mirror.
the cleanliness can be improved, the room was ok but the floor had dust, it did not seem they hovered or sweep, the bathroom was always smelling bad, pipe smell, the toilets were yellow, I wasn't comfortable using them and the shower has no shelves therefore you can only place your stuff on the floor (they get wet) or hung it in the two hooks there are.
