The Receptionist and Security Guard on arrival were excellent. Very friendly and gave welcome shots of Vodka to wish England Success in the Euros final which was the reason for my stay.

The receptionist the next day was much more miserable and would not even get me a glass of water and charged me 2 Euros for a bottle that had not even been kept in the fridge

The staff was kind. The room was very nice, even though it was on the small size(which wasn’t a problem for us). The breakfasts were okay and what should be expected in this price range - we never left hungry. Just be prepared that it can take from 25 up to 40 minutes to get to Brandenburg Tor (for the reference)

good selection of breakfast menu, our kids love them! location wise it's nice as it's in the quiet area, which help us to have a pleasant sleep

the lighting of the room might be improve, especially before the sleeping lights cwitched on.. (i mean it was a little bit too shady).. however, it's a bit too far from the bus/S/U bahn

it was nice distance from the city centre, not to far but far enough that you aren't right there.

shame there isn't anywhere to sit as a group like a common area, or bar.

Hardly a kilometre from the Ku'Damm, this is a quiet location on Dusseldorf Str. The neighbourhood is vibrant with small shops, eateries and so on... And very nice and warm staff. The only minus i saw was, the nearly 10 min walk to the nearest U/S Bahn.

Good value, very clean and an excellent breakfast. Checking in was easy with help from the staff. A good size room for a single bed and very comfortable. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

It's a fair distance from the main attractions, but if you have one of the scooter apps, maybe 20 mins away..

Missing drain in bathroom floor and sharp small edge in front of bathroom where one could hurt his toe.

I liked the location very much. The room was great too.

My room seemed to have only one power socket. That one in the bathroom. I found it rather odd.

Very nice place and friendly staff. We were there for two days and really enjoyed it. Location is great for the price too.
