The hotel is absolutely a diamond! The stuff was very kind and friendly. The room was very good,even though i was afraid that it would be small it was perfect for a couple! The temperature in the room was very good and the most important it was very very clean! They cleaned the room every day! The location was good and the neighbourhood was filled with a lot of choices for shopping, eating and coffee! Congratulations! The coffee store inside the hotel has amazing coffee and bites and Sarah is gorgeous!☺️

The only negative i have to emphasise to,is that the rooms are not soundproof..in the room next to ours there were some kids that they were laughing and make a lot of noise after midnight…probably not the hotels problem..but i have to say it!

The hotel looked amazing, it was modern funky and a bit urban chic. The reception was welcoming as a solo traveler and efficient. All the staff were really friendly. My room was gorgeous and the bed was so comfy. The hoop and soft basketball was a bit of fun too. Shower pressure was the best I’ve ever had. Coffee bar was gorgeous and the pastries, literally out of this world.

I was searching the room for the general hotel info etc like a welcome pack with all the WiFi info etc I only found it when I asked at reception for the WiFi code and the info is there when you sign in. Would have been nice to just have a welcome card to tell you that. Would have been nice to have one English Chanel on the tv as English is so widely spoken but it made me “not watch tv” so maybe was a good thing

Room was nice and spacious. Comfortable bed and location very good.

Breakfast was really tasty and good portions, however not a relaxed experience in that hotel customers have to battle for tables, especially at weekends, with the public who also use the restaurant. Rang down a few times to try and reserve a breakfast table, as instructed, but often told it was a 45 min wait or to go down right away so can impact other plans you have for the day. Only one mirror in the room which was above the bathroom sink, could have done with another full length.

We loved our stay! Everything was amazing! Our room did not feel like a hotel room. It felt like visiting friends. That feeling continued with the staff, from the lovely lady that cleaned our room to the people that worked reception and the restaurant, which served gourmet breakfast all day. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the shower had great pressure. We booked a room with a/c, which worked very well. The room also had a ceiling fan. Charlottenburg is great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and cafes to pick from. We walked everywhere from there, but we also love walking. There is a taxi stand in front of the hotel and a subway station near by. It was a perfect stay!

The only things that were not perfect, was the light in the bathroom. It was not easy to put make up on or shave. It would have been great to have had a second mirror in the room.

reception area is very noisy and hectic because of the cafe Benedict; bathroom facilities could be better (especially the shower head isn’t made the high water pressure); shelves in the room are very unsuitable for the luggage and clothes; there isn’t a socket at the electric kettle, so heating water in the room is very complicated; bathroom could have been cleaner

The bed was so comfortable! I also loved the room style, it was very cute. The staff was super lovely and the coffee shop downstairs especially was such a bonus in the morning!

The shower head was not super nice, the pressure was not very even and it was impossible to lower or raise the shower head either. If I had been any taller it would have been quite painful. Other than that it was a bit too warm but opening the windows fixed it!

Room was nice with good natural light, good amount of space. Bed was very comfortable. Nice having a table and chairs. When we had to be moved to a different hotel due to issues with heating/hot water, the reception staff handled the situation very well and we were happy with the outcome.

Would have been good to have a bottle opener in the room but not a big problem as reception desk was able to help. Tea sachets were not replaced each day.

Very comfortable, nice design

There was a miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel. I am traveling with my daughter and we wanted two separate beds. According to booking.com, the room I booked had “2 beds”. When we arrived, we were only given one bed because we only had “2 people.” After some back and forth they moved us to a nicer room with AC but still only one bed. Mostly I was disappointed with booking.com because I booked this hotel because of the second bed.

Great location! Walking distance to three railway stations and buses out the front. Downstairs is an all day breakfast restaurant called Benedict's. the food was great and people queued out the door waiting for a table. If you are staying at the hotel, they will call your room when a table is available. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pictures of the rooms are accurate too. It is an easy walk to lots of different foods. I recommend a quick walk across the road for a cheap and delicious bite to eat at Falafel Jacobs! Jacob was very friendly and the falafels were fresh and tasy!

The WiFi signal was not strong on our floor. Better downstairs though.

Our stay was delightful. The room was big, well decorated and so clean it felt like we were the first to use the facilities! Location is excellent and the staff very friendly and keen to help out. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. (Basket on top of the bed was a great touch we surprisingly used it a lot...! )

Had a bit of a struggle with the terrace door but wasnt too much of a bother.
