I loved my room. It was extremely clean and i loved the decor as well. The bed was comfortable and the sound system was convenient and very easy to use. I really can't complain about the room. The staff were also nice and helpful as an added bonus

The breakfast was not the nicest. limited options and once something was finished like the eggs it wasn't replaced. Even when staff were alerted all they said was there is no more. If you are there for more than 2 days then you will get tired of the breakfast.

We decided to have breakfast there and came down at 10.10, before the 10.30 finish time. Quite a bit of what was on offer was missing and the staff were not that receptive to replenishing, or to actually engaging with us at all,no welcome, no explanation of anything. It turns out they all have a break and eat what is left at 10.30am as a team. Whilst I think that’s a great idea for them, I didn’t feel that we got value for paying full price (it isn’t cheap!) for a partially missing breakfast and a totally disinterested staff team.

The location was excellent, very close to the airport. Certainly within easy walking distance, and there was a tram stop a few minutes away. The room decor was absolutely delightful, and everything was spotlessly clean.

I was disappointed not to find tea making facilities, and when l mentioned this the next day was informed that a kettle could be requested....it was not allowed to leave one for guests in the room. A notice to this effect would have been nice.

Friendly staff. Great location at the airport, walking distance for my early morning flight. New hotel. Nice rooms. Very clean.

Aircondition wasn't working in the first room I was given. In second room it worked on maximum only. TV didn't work. There are no telephones in the rooms. I had to go down to the reception in person several times to work out my room change, to transfer my luggage to a new room, and to deal with a faulty room key card. A better way to contact the reception would be appreciated.

The location is very conveniently close to the (small) airport, but we didn't even notice that there were planes in the area. We arrived to Bremen by train and the 15 minute tram ride from the Central Station, directly to very close to the hotel, worked very well. Breakfast is excellent, very rich and diversified. Excellent bread in particular! The decoration of our room and bathroom was very cute. Staff were competent and friendly.

The area is totally desert, at least on weekends, as apparently there are only office buildings and no other facilities. One needs to take the tram to get to something. In view of this, I would have expected the price to be a bit more modest.

The beautiful design in many details. The minimalism in the room. The breakfast. The good price.

Only complain: The cushions were on the cheap side, much too soft for me. And, probably: The price for the breakfast is quite high, but it’s worth every cent when you are not in a hurry.

The room was really funky, with a Jungle theme; both in colour and decorations.

When I entered the room, I could unfortunately smell cigarette smoke and very strong perfume; most likely from the guest before myself. There are signs stating, "No Smoking"in more than one place!

Well placed for industry visits, walking distance from airport and local industry. Unclear how this hotel can be classed as full Holiday Inn because it has no restaurant and services feel like Holiday Inn Express next door. The branding did not feel in line with what was actually offered.

I have stayed at the Niu Crusoe several times. It is always good - alles in ordnung. This time, arriving very late, the one young person on the reception desk was overworked as several other guests were also checking in at the same time but he was polite, hard working and attentive. The room was perfect, as usual - it is always good to see that the monkeys are in residence! Breakfast was delicious and all in all a very pleasant stay before my onward travel the next day. I will be back.

I will have to remember to book a parking space next time. However, parking in the street only 200 metres away was not too much of a problem.

I wish there was a laundry room, or one a little closer. I can’t imagine there’s an easy way to change that, so I’m not really complaining
