The location is super. Easy to get to the centre and also walking everywhere around... like the riverside and the park. Underground carpark is very convenient -12 eur/day. Beds were very comfy.

Restaurant was closed due to staff shortages. They could have offered at least a map of a few nice places to eat nearby... The lift is VERY slow... It was obvious they are trimming the edges. When I compare it to my last stay there... (about 3 years ago). Coffee machine could do with being updated... Used to get a range of coffees. Now only 2 coffee and 2 espresso...(same coffee with less water????)

We stayed only for one night with our two kids. The room was clean and for one night enough, however if we would need to stay for more nights then I think it was a bit too small. Children really enjoyed the swimming pool and we enjoyed the sauna. This was the main reason why we booked this hotel in the first place. The terrace was also an extra bonus and it was located on our level, which we really appreciate it. The buffet breakfast had everything our family needed and coffee was delicious. The only thing that I didn't like were the carpets on the corridors. It ruined the entire look of the hotel in my opinion. Very outdated and I think they need to be changed. Also we weren't informed at the time of booking that the only parking for guests is a paid car park. The staff was very friendly, so overall we are safisfied with our stay.

Loved this hotel for the proximity to the Christmas markets. The beds are super comfortable, we had top floor room which was nice but see below re: lift. Breakfast is expensive at €24 per person so we went out and ate in the nearby cafes. So much cheaper and lovely. The heating during winter at this hotel was super efficient and kept us snug. Staff are lovely and friendly

Only thing that was super frustrating was the lift. There is only one lift, we were on the 5th floor, top floor and if someone got in the lift after us and hit a lower floor, it would go to 3 for instance and then go back down to the ground, so it was very annoying. The lift is wholly insufficient for the size of this hotel.

Regarding Breakfast: It was great to discover they could brew decaf coffee at the bar. I had no idea during my first days there! It would be great to offer real orange juice rather than an orange drink. It would also be nice to list all the ingredients for the muesli cereals.

There was a very long wait to check in. I asked at 2:30 p.m. if my room was ready and it wasn't yet. The crowds at the front desk didn't recede until 3:40 p.m. and even then they weren't sure if my room was ready. (It turned out that it was. Yay!)

It was in a nice location, central to everything, and just an all-around pleasant experience. The room was very pleasant. The view was not overly inspiring, but it was nice being able to open the windows and breathe. I found the room to be clean and the staff to be friendly, attentive, and effective. It was very nice to receive a bottle of the local water in the room each day. The bar in the hotel was friendly and a very pleasant place to relax in the evening.

Unfortunately, the hotel pool wasn't available when I stayed, and the breakfast room, while it had a great selection, was overly busy. But these are minor points in the greater scheme of things.

Very impressed by this hotel. It is big, modern, well maintained The room was big and well equipped The hotel has a great restaurant and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. There is apparently also a swimming pool and sauna but I didnt use them.

The hotel is a little difficult to get to if you are on foot. It might be helpful to give directions as to be the best route.

Location, staff, breakfast all are brilliant at this place! Underground parking ir very close to hotel and very handy. We could only pay cash for parking this time(12€/24hr). But that wasn’t a problem. Swimming and sauna facilities is a great bonus!

Kids only mentioned that water in the swimming pool could be warmer.

The location is just at the center, near shopping centers and restaurants. Easily reachable by public transportation as well as private car. The room has a complimentary coffee machine, drinking water, and a refrigerator.

The cleanliness of the room could be improved. The hotel advertises reducing the emissions by hanging a notification "please do not clean this room", but this is a bit sad because the room was not that clean. No operating instructions for the coffee machine and how to operate the room heater.

The hotel is very close to the trainstation. From there it is easy and a short way to Dusseldorf Airport. There are many restaurants neary the hotel where you can go for dinner. The person at the check-in desk was fast and friendly. The room is perfect and so was the shower. There was enough place to accomodate 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 3 years old). The breakfast is SUPERB: so many choices for healthy and tasty things, nice fresh fruits (also strawberries for example) and real (so no Chinese fake) honey. I would really recommend to include breakfast for this hotel.

Good enought for some weekend Duisburg. Was nice and friendly staff. Very close every where. For one night is oke.

If you want to stay in this hotel I thinks you must weak up early to have breakfast. 09.30 is everything finish and they dont put new. We use to ask first and that very shame to ask about food.
