The design is very great. We always have a great experience at the hotel, especially when we use the Carloft. It’s great when you have some luggage or travel with kids. The breakfast is also fantastic, with cool views. I like the fitness area too, and I particularly appreciate that they have kettlebells so I can keep my training going and then jump into the sauna afterwards.

Some rooms have few signs of broken gears or water damage to the floor. It’s not a big problem, and everything is working, but it’s a shame for the standing and the price.

I enjoy harder matrasses so I found the bed very comfortable. Conveniently located at a walkable distance near subway and a tram stop. Modern design. The staff was friendly.

Room was quite dusty. There was also an insect in my room crawling on the top of my mattress but I guess it was due to humid weather. Air conditioning/fan unit made constant noise so if you're not a fan of white noise at night this might be an issue.

It was truly a pleasure staying at the hotel, appreciating all the amenities. The unique feature of having the car parked on the balcony certainly added a special touch. Furthermore, the breakfast served each morning was absolutely delicious and satisfying. The entire experience was remarkably enjoyable, contributing to a memorable stay.The staff was very helpful and friendly.I am happy to recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a distinctive and pleasant getaway.

I had a pleasant stay at this cozy hotel. The staff were very friendly, especially Klaudija at the hotel restaurant, who made the experience even better. I enjoyed the nice roof terrace, the good coffee and breakfast. The room was a bit small, but it had everything needed for a short stay.

One downside was that the room wasn’t cleaned and the sheets and towels weren’t changed, even though I hung the sign on my door requesting it.

The design of the hotel is terrific; the combination of colours gives it a stylish, modern vibe and the transparent curtains enhance the room's spaciousness. My stay was very pleasant and I appreciated the kindness of the staff: I forgot to press the button to have my room cleaned for the next day, but they took care of it anyway when I asked; I also requested a later check-out, which they kindly accommodated free of charge. Last but not least: I love the logo with the apostrophe.

The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always willing to assist with any request. The only minor thing we noticed was the absence of a shoehorn in the room, although perhaps we just overlooked it. Overall, everything was excellent - we would gladly return in the future!

We stayed for business as we were visiting the Anuga show. Hotels in Cologne were expensive so we decided to look for a hotel in Dusseldorf. For this, the hotel was ideal. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed (apart from an iron!). The staff at reception were very polite and friendly. Our meal was delicious the restaurant itself was very modern and beautiful.

I couldn't easily find the password for the free wifi, so I ended up connecting my laptop to my phone's hotspot which is ideal. Not an easy walk from the train station but there are lots of taxis.

The rooms are schick, the sitting area is a plus. I liked the complimentary stuff (coffee, slippers, toiletries..)

The Dog fee is 30€ a night (I paid 60€ in total), for that fee i would expect a dog bed! Not to mention water/food bowls. We got nothing! The dog fee is way too high! Our Balcony lights didn't work. I would expect every light in the room/Balcony to work. The staff at the ROOF bar/restaurant are unfriendly.

The staffs were helpful- I arrived a bit earlier than the check in time and still the lady in reception arranged a room that was available right away.

The duvet was missing in my room which was annoying. I had to go downstairs with my pyjamas to the lobby. Thankfully the guy in the reception contacted the staff to give me one right away.

We could park a car on the balcony. This is great. You can go directly from room to the car.

The new way how to order to clean the room is strange. They do not clean it if you do not press some small boton in the bathroom.
