Nice building and entrance hall with bar. Vwr charming. The restaurant room with a tiled stove. Free parking next to the hotel. There was a little christmas market just in front of the hotel. The room was very big. The hotel has a lot of old school charm and class.

The bathroom. Ventilation was very loud. Small and thin towels. No good lightning around the mirror. All lacks a bit of modernity. Food in restaurant was good, but service was not professional.

Quiet location just off the motorway. Free parking at the hotel. Spacious room. Stylish restaurant with friendly staff.

The room is already showing signs of wear and tear, specifically the carpets and furniture are at the end of their life. The bed was wide, but the mattress was sagging.

Perfectly friendly staff at a late hour of our arrival for dinner. All did their utmost to accomodate tired travellers. Our compliments!!

There were quite some wasps outside the windows on the 2nd floor. They dealt with it accordingly.

Excellent facilities and wonderful setting for the dinner and breakfast.

Unfortunately there was a strong smell of moist in the corridor on the second floor, which gave me some allergic reaction.

Very highly decorated and preserved hotel, with big rooms, also we had balconies with nice view of the garden, dining hall is very decorated with very nice view to the garden, the crew was fantastic, helped with everything with a smile, rooms where very clean and comfy

Almost heaven on earth, figuratively speaking. A beautiful environment, a wonderful family-run hotel, excellent breakfast and friendly English-speaking staff!

The location in a village which only belonged to Emmendingen administrativly

Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety of choices. Good location.

Check in was somewhat cold but basic information were given. However, the lady at the breakfast was really nice.
