We arrived very late and where meet with overwelming service, hospitality and understanding. The Manager, was SUPER welcomming and kind. It was a true pleasure staying here and we wil DEFFINATELY stay there again, if we are in the neighborhood. Thank you for your EXCELLENT service.

The service and hospitality was EXCELLENT! Very freindly and welcomming. You could tell that they wanted to serve our every need.

Very attentive host, we stayed with our three children in the family room, the room was very spacious and clean. Would highly recommend and we would return again. Parking is around the back of the hotel off the road. Free WiFi. No lift but not a problem and the host helped us carry our bags up.

We stayed just one night with friends, but it was a lovely experience. The owner was kind and helpful. The place is also just a 10-minute drive from Europa Park, which was super convenient. Everything was clean and comfortable – no complaints at all.

Breakfast very good, a pity that was not available during the Sunday because of lack of employees. We have really appreciated the possibility to arrive during the night thanks to the external access by key deposit.

We have not appreciated the lack of gel-shower on the bathroom: only a couple of sample-envelopes were not enough for three people

Great place to stay. We stopped on a trip with our kids and the family room was perfect. The hotel is very clean and the reception was friendly and showed us to our room.

It was a comfortable stay with the room being quiet and cosy. It had a nice balcony and it was a refreshing morning. The heating was quite good and it made the stay all the more comfortable.

It was difficult to find our way to the check-in procedure! When we arrived it was dark already and we had to go around the building multiple times to find our way

Close to Europa-park. Clean rooms. Easy to check in at any time with a key box.

No AC in the rooms, but nice breeze during the night.

all the streets in town were shut for construction so it was difficult to get to the free hotel parking not knowing the town

Really good and clean transit hotel. spacious rooms. Price to value is great. Nice breakfast.

It is very minor. But this really is a transit hotel. So no diner or drinks possible in the house. Great opportunities in minutes walk. (May I recommend the Thai)
