I got a hotel because I needed to be in the area for a short while. Overall, the parking was easy, and the room comfortable and modern. There was no air conditioning on the very hot day (but this is normal) and the room was provided with a great/strong fan ventilator and easy windows.

I booked the day before arriving and didn't read the message about notifying the property about an earlier than 17:00 arrival (as no one is there before). Ultimately, it wasn't a big deal because I just stayed out and about and checked in after dinner.

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The hotel was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The quadruple room was large with comfortable beds and a large shower and toilet room. Very good recommendations from staff as to where to eat. We went to a lovely Italian restaurant and a traditional German one and both were excellent. Good location to visit europa park.

The parking can get full but we always managed to find somewhere. No air conditioning! It was 31 degrees when we stayed and it was very hot. They had a plug in air conditioning unit in the breakfast area and fans in the bedroom which helped.

Exceptional breakfast: many options (fruits, charcuterie, eggs and bacon, dark bread, jelly and croissants). Spacious bedrooms and confortable mattress. We will come back to this hotel next time we go to Europa parc!

One of the two coffee machines was out of order so we had to wait in line for the only one that was working. At the beginning, It wasn’t easy to understand how it functions ( e.g how to place the cup), but we managed. Very good mocha coffee!

We were visiting Europa Park theme park, so we needed somewhere nearby. This hotel was excellently located and surprisingly affordable. A very short drive to the theme park, and there will probably be options for public transport too. Entry instructions were very clear and easy to understand, and the staff on the front desk very friendly and helpful. The room itself was beautiful, very clean and well furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, everything was great. Having a small fridge inside the room would be a bonus.

Perfect option for a couple of nights to visit Europa park. Just 5-10 minutes drive to main gate. Room was quite big and comfortable for family with two kids. Hotel generally looked fresh and new. Breakfast could have been better, it seamed poor for us. For example there wasn’t no lactose or alternative milk. The table setting and buffet looked very simple. But anyway you won’t stay hungry.

We had the great surprise of getting an upgrade to a quadruple room! The staff were all very friendly, clean rooms with very modern fourniture and comfy mattresses. Breakfast was very complete for a cheap rate. An easy access to Europa park by car, it was quite comfortable to enjoy our stay! The free parking behind the hotel was also a great bonus point.

The staff and facilities were really great!!!!! We needed a place to overnight when traveling from France to Romania, and I'm incredibly happy that we came across this gem of an establishment. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating in assisting us with an extremely late check-in. Due to a tiresome trip and the very late arrival, we didn't make it for breakfast, but it looked really good and, most importantly, fresh!!! The rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable.

I just wish we could stay longer, hahaha. We have no complaints at all!!

1. The hotel is near to Europa park and there is a bus that takes you directly to Europa park. 2. The place is really quiet and more residential , and few churches around the hotel. 3. The staff is extremely hospitable and they were able to help us out ( even though English was not their first language). There are few English speaking staff. Nevertheless, language is not a barrier for anyone working there. They definitely go out of their way to help you. 4. If you drive , then it has ample parking and most ideal location. If you don't drive, then you need to rely on taxi's / buses ( which again is not a big issue) 5. We checked out at 10:00, but the hotel receptionist were kind and allowed us to keep our bags after the checkout as well when we returned from the Europa park 6. The scheduled check-in was 5pm, but we were given keys so that we could check-in earlier. 7. Veronica and other receptionist - well done and kudos !!!

Very comfortable room. Modern. Clean. And very close to Europapark. We came back the following night...

Breakfast underwhelming, but not bad. Essential to have it in the Hotel, as the village(s) around it are not the most equipped and the resorts are a bit pricey with food as they have a captive audience...

The hotel was conveniently located close ro Europapark which is within 5-10 minute drive. It is situated in a very quiet location and the rooms are generally large. There are reasonable selection for breakfast buy could add some more fresh fruits in the choices. Overall you get good value for your money.

Not much facilities to boast but if you are coming from Europapark, you will only need the room to rest.
