My family and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in a kind of American apartment with attached parking. The apartment was clean, very spacious, organized and tidy with plenty of storage areas and equipped with a full kitchen. The apartment included a closet and storage cabinets in the entrance area with hanging space and a place to put shoes. Bathroom + shower, another bathroom, quite spacious kitchen and living room and 2 bedrooms. The accommodation at the hotel was perfect for us - the hotel staff was nice and courteous, the breakfast was very rich, varied and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel is perfect - near the hotel you can find everything restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and more. And of course the highlight is a 5 minute drive from Europa Park!!! In terms of value for money - we got above and beyond what we expected. We would definitely like to go back there again!!!

Breakfast until 10:00 and there were days when we got up a little late after long and busy days. When you arrive at 09:40 they already start folding things and closing access to the dining area which is a bit annoying and makes you feel like they want you to finish quickly and vacate the place. If they would move the breakfast times towards 11:00 I think it would be perfect.

- Very welcoming, lovely, smiling and respectful staff. - Spacious and wide bungalow with 2 rooms, living area and 2 bathrooms with wash basin each. One shower area. Available A/C. - My mom had a medical emergency, once I called the staff they responded immediately and sent ambulance directly. Very professional way of treatment. Even one day after the incident, one lady from the staff I wish I recognised her name, she kept asking about my mom’s health and offered to bring hot drinks and wished her fast recovery. Much respect to her and all the staff.

The rooms are really good. The staff is really helpful, and cleaning was nicely done. It is far from the Europa park and you have to take public transportation to get there. There is a market nearby and some restaurants at other hotels too. However, they all close very early and if you need anything after that there is nothing you can do.

I stayed at the last room in the corridor and there is no wifi there, so that could be improved. To solve that I connected to the Sleep and Dream hotel wifi, which apparently has a very nice router with long reach. I was disappointed that there was no shampoo or conditioner provided.

The bungalow size was very good and it also had one and a half bathrooms which came in very useful. You park your car next to your bungalow which makes it very easy when coming back from Europa park after a long day in a theme park.

No house keeping for the whole period of your stay. House sleepers would be useful. No mirrors in rooms and the side table were tony. Breakfast variety could be better with more options to choose from.

The bar didn't have the alcoholic drinks we were hoping for, when we got back from a very long day out in the cold and wet but you do get free coffee and tea. We didn't book breakfast this time as we found it wasn't really worth the cost of €22,50 each, last time we were here. We made breakfast ourselves in the bungalow this time around, which was also fine, we just didn't have an oven for the bread rolls we brought with us :-(

Beautiful sleek interior in the lobby. The room was tastefully decoratend and very clean, the beds and pillows very comfy. I really liked the surreal paintings on the wall. The staff was always exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was varied and really tasty, good coffee too. Finally I loved that you were able to checkout until 12 and get breakfast until 11, perfect for a cozy sleep in on Sunday!

Location is everything! This property is situated close to the train and bus stops allowing for smooth transiting to Europa Park and back -very convenient!

I don’t have anything bad to say about the place. We mostly used it as a spot to crash while spending most of our time at Europa Park. Just a heads up—bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and lotion since they don’t provide them, which seems to be pretty standard for the hotels around here.

Nice location, close to Europa Park en Rulantica. The free coffee 24/7 was very nice, as well as the staff. Room itself was quite nice and clean.

The beds could've been a tad wider. They were fairly comfortable, though. The main downside was parking. Nearly every evening/night all parking spaces were filled. It was quite annoying to set out and find a solution after returning late. In general, the staff was helpful in finding a solution, though.

Very quite and comfortable stay. property located in a walk-able distance from Ringsheim train station and Europa Park shuttle bus station. Very close to Supermarket (Norma) and kebab shop. Lot of parking place. Clean & modern furnitured in 2 bed room. friendly staffs

Price is a bit high for budget travelers No electric kettle, tea or coffee packets available in the rooms.

The suites were exceptional and had everything you need for comfort, but not at a terribly expensive rate. I appreciated the complimentary coffee. The gym was very nice for a hotel. I liked the parking situation.

There was not much I didn't like. I have nothing to offer to improve unless you could offer a shuttle service or theme park package. I didn't take towels to Rulantica and both Rulantica and Europa Park are close; a service through the hotel could save on the parking.
