- Very welcoming, lovely, smiling and respectful staff. - Spacious and wide bungalow with 2 rooms, living area and 2 bathrooms with wash basin each. One shower area. Available A/C. - My mom had a medical emergency, once I called the staff they responded immediately and sent ambulance directly. Very professional way of treatment. Even one day after the incident, one lady from the staff I wish I recognised her name, she kept asking about my mom’s health and offered to bring hot drinks and wished her fast recovery. Much respect to her and all the staff.

The rooms are really good. The staff is really helpful, and cleaning was nicely done. It is far from the Europa park and you have to take public transportation to get there. There is a market nearby and some restaurants at other hotels too. However, they all close very early and if you need anything after that there is nothing you can do.

I stayed at the last room in the corridor and there is no wifi there, so that could be improved. To solve that I connected to the Sleep and Dream hotel wifi, which apparently has a very nice router with long reach. I was disappointed that there was no shampoo or conditioner provided.

The bar didn't have the alcoholic drinks we were hoping for, when we got back from a very long day out in the cold and wet but you do get free coffee and tea. We didn't book breakfast this time as we found it wasn't really worth the cost of €22,50 each, last time we were here. We made breakfast ourselves in the bungalow this time around, which was also fine, we just didn't have an oven for the bread rolls we brought with us :-(

Location is everything! This property is situated close to the train and bus stops allowing for smooth transiting to Europa Park and back -very convenient!

I don’t have anything bad to say about the place. We mostly used it as a spot to crash while spending most of our time at Europa Park. Just a heads up—bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and lotion since they don’t provide them, which seems to be pretty standard for the hotels around here.

Nice location, close to Europa Park en Rulantica. The free coffee 24/7 was very nice, as well as the staff. Room itself was quite nice and clean.

The beds could've been a tad wider. They were fairly comfortable, though. The main downside was parking. Nearly every evening/night all parking spaces were filled. It was quite annoying to set out and find a solution after returning late. In general, the staff was helpful in finding a solution, though.

The suites were exceptional and had everything you need for comfort, but not at a terribly expensive rate. I appreciated the complimentary coffee. The gym was very nice for a hotel. I liked the parking situation.

There was not much I didn't like. I have nothing to offer to improve unless you could offer a shuttle service or theme park package. I didn't take towels to Rulantica and both Rulantica and Europa Park are close; a service through the hotel could save on the parking.

We had a fantastic experience during our visit to Europa-Park, especially since we were traveling with our furry friend. Choosing this hotel turned out to be a brilliant decision. The seamless access from the hotel to the park made it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy the park while ensuring the comfort of our dog. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They were not only incredibly friendly but also remarkably proactive in ensuring our stay was delightful. Their attentiveness added an extra layer of warmth to our trip. Overall, our stay at this hotel elevated our Europa-Park adventure to a whole new level. The combination of pet-friendly facilities, easy park access, and the kindness of the staff made this choice truly special. We can't wait to return for another memorable stay.

We stayed in the bungalows next to this hotel. We stayed here for a 2 day visit to the Europa Park in Rust. These bungalows are newly build and very nice to stay in with high quality decoration. Ours had 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The bungalow has a good kitchen block with fridge and dishwasser, there is an airconditioning and a parking place is available right in front of your bungalow. Because all was so new the bungalow didn't have a sofa yet (due to delivery delay from the supplier) and the coffee machine in the Kitchen was not there. The receptionist however did inform us upfront at check in and offered free coffee from the breakfast buffet and a free breakfast in the hotel. Very good arrangement!! For your visit to Europa park it is a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the shuttle bus (7231) that puts you in 15 minutes at the main entrance of the park. I will certainly go here again when visiting Europa park.

Friendly staff, lovely decorations, good gym, free coffee, free parking, and nice location to Europa park! There is a big supermarket and kebab place in walking distance as well. We really liked this hotel!

We asked cleaning but they didn't vaccum the floor or wipe out the table...It was very obvious to see the mess though.

The staff was so friendly and good to talk to. The hotel was awesome. The location was great. 5min from the Bahnhof from where we arrived and also from the place where we could get a bus to Europapark. We will definitely stay here every time we come. The view from the hotel was beautiful. We could see the sunset behind the mountains, from our room. Special thanks to the bartender [I feel bad that I forgot the name]. He is excellent, so friendly to talk to and has a great sense of humor :D.
