It's a good hotel if you travel to visit the Europa Park. It's 10 minutes by car. Also, the hotel provides you with either a free parking ticket or a ticket for a public transport. We used a first option and had a lot of fun in the park for 2 days. Breakfast was good enough, a staff is friendly and supportive. Parking space is free near the hotel.

Rooms are a little bit old-fashioned. Pillows were old, with a lot of spots. Furniture was also a bit 'tired'. But since we didn't spent that much time in the room, it's worth to stay here regardless small complains.

4 minute walk to the bus stop and train station, spacious room and bathroom, and clean. Breakfast was okay and consisted of a buffet of yogurt, fruit, cereal, juice, coffee, bread, cold meats, and eggs. Bed was comfortable. Small electric fan was provided which I was grateful for as it was quite hot when I visited. I used this as a place to stay whilst I visited Europa Park, and spent little time in the hotel itself. It worked well for what I wanted, a place close by to Europa Park to sleep and have breakfast at.

There is nothing in the immediate area in terms of food. There is a shop but this has a very limited selection of stuff and one restaurant. I left early in the morning for Europa Park and came back late in the evening having already eaten so for me it wasn’t a problem at all. However, for someone who may want to be in an area with many choices for restaurants and food, this is not the place. There was no mini-fridge either, didn’t bother me as I like room temperature water but if you want to store refrigerated snacks or drinks then it is a problem. The water they provided in a bottle was also only sparkling water.

The rooms were clean, the price was good, it was close to europa park, they refunded our shuttle ticket during checkout, and the breakfast was good. Make sure you have euros in cash for the shuttle. They have an ATM/cash machine right outside of europa parks information center, but you'll need cash for the way there if you're taking the shuttle. The breakfast bar includes bread, croissants, sweet breads, cake rolls, yogurt, jam, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with bacon, hard boiled eggs, meat slices, cheese slices, cereal, fruit, vegetables, coffee machine + hot cocoa, juice, water,. Perfectly okay for a vegetarian to eat here, not many vegan options though. Europa park has a vegan burger and fries at Food Loop and some vegan food at Jack's Deli in Arthur World such as chocolate muffins and cookies.

Great breakfast. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. A nice environment in a hotel that is very convenient for the train station and the bus to Rust / Europa Park / Rulantica. Check-in was easy, well-planned and communicated. I liked this hotel and would happily stay there again.

The pillows could have been a bit more comfortable. The hotel staff were happy for us to leave our bags there during the day, but could not confirm a secure location. Notwithstanding, our bags were okay in the location we left them.

The hotel location is perfect for a visit to Europa Park, a 15 minutes shuttle trip to the entrance of the park and a few minutes walking to the station. The room was nice, spacious and in the reception they had water bottles available. We left

There was no staff at the reception during all our short stay, for check in or checkout, that was pretty weird. The cards to access the room where left on a desk in a closed enveloped with my name on it, and I left them the following morning in the desk. Luckily we didn't found any issues so there was no need to contact them during our short stay, just messaged them to let them know i left the cards, because there was a 20 euros charge for loosing them.

The location was ideal for visiting Europapark. The included bus ticket was also a bonus. The lady in reception was extremely helpful and kind, allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in. The room was very basic but comfortable and quiet. One of the main light bulbs was missing, which meant the room was a little on the darker side, but all in all, a great little place for a passing through stopover.

Helpful staff, the breakfast was great! There was more than enough parking spcace.

The summers are getting hotter, so it would be a huge upgrade if they put in AC-s into the rooms. The fan did not help out as much in a scorching heat.

The cozy room is very close to the travel station and bus stop. The breakfast is good, even with sparkling wine. The staff is friendly, and our neighbours are quiet. I can recommend staying for several nights. Also a comfortable parking in front of the hotel.

Shower. I encountered one adult cockroach in the shower. The shower curtain wasn't clean on the bottom, and the water didn't drain well. It was one unpleasant exception in our stay.

Great little budget hotel right next to the train station. Easy check in even though it was late at night when we arrived, with clear instructions provided beforehand. Breakfast consisted of fruit, pastries, bread, eggs, cereal, cheese and ham. Plenty for everyone and staff constantly replenishing items. Reception staff very helpful at explaining local buses to Europa Park and paid for our bus ticket when we returned from the park. Rooms were clean and tidied daily (bins emptied, towels replaced if needed etc). Very quiet on an evening so ideal for families with young children.

Very good option for a short stay with family if you plan to go to Raulantica or Europa Park. The hotel is clean and rooms are maintained in good condition. Breakfast was offered in a different nearby location, other than the hotel, for business reasons I believe, but was satisfying.

The check-in and check-out were by self with nobody to interact with. Check-in was OK. I would hoped to meet someone at the checkout to make sure all is in order including payments.
