The hotel absolutely lives up to the excellent reviews we used to make our choice. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast. The staff are helpful and cheerful. Pets are welcome.

The only downside was that the shower in one of our rooms smelled quite strongly of urine from the drain. Until we turned on the water and flushed the drain. If you stay in this hotel even with a small dog, you will not be allowed with it in the restaurant for breakfast. But that's not a problem, they will set up a table for you in the lobby.

Staff is super friendly, the Hotel building is well maintained and feels "homey", the location is great, yes, this is not in the middle of the forest and there aren't any lakes and fall views from the window BUT - it isn't super touristy yet close enough to Rust and the Black Forest without being super crowded and expensive which is a major plus for large families like ours. Another thing to mentioned is the good AC, we were traveling during August and feared the heat and it turned out to be just fine because of it.

I recently stayed at DiMas Hotel Ettenheim in Germany and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with exceptionally friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing everything you need for a relaxing visit. The location is perfect, just a short drive from Europa-Park, and close to local amenities like shops and restaurants. The breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to start the day. Additionally, the hotel offers ample free parking and is pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. Overall, DiMas Hotel Ettenheim offers great value for money and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area​

Maybe would be nice to add few toiletries etc to make the experience more industry top standards

Nice, modern and clean hotel

I understand and support the sustainability effort of not changing the towels and bed sheets after one night. However, given the price and the fact that this is a 3-star hotel, I expected at least a room refresh, including remaking the bed and providing a new water bottle. Unfortunately, this was not done. Additionally, we were disrupted twice around 9 AM on our checkout day by the cleaning staff loudly opening our door, presumably to clean the room.

Great location for visiting Europa Park. The free parking is very convenient and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, full buffet with fresh and warm food + vegan options.

The rooms have zero isolation, you can hear everything from the hallway and I guess it goes both ways. The AC in the bathroom was also really loud and couldn’t be turned off so we had to make sure the door was closed at all times.

A really nice location in Ettenheim which is close to all we needed and a very beautiful village Hotel is new, we'll maintained and shine clean! Staff is nice and helpful Room is super comfortable and with great A/C Cleaning was done daily Breakfast is diverse and fresh and most important, good coffee!! This place will be my next choice again and I am pleased to recommend it

Been here a few times already and it is alway up to our standards. Clean room, spacious and nice bathroom. There is plenty of parking and they are super friendly to dogs. Besides that there is no restaurant in the hotel but a very good restaurant right next doors, which is one of the main reasons we stay here more often when travelling

The breakfast is amazing! Lots of options and everything was tasty. The rooms are spacious and everything feels brand new and clean.

Nothing was bad, but considering it's a hotel close to an amusement park, and that lots of kids stay there, it would be nice if they had a playground. They don't have anything specific for kids.

Breakfast was really good, enough choice for me and my wife. We ate our breakfast in the lobby because we had our dog with us, despite low tables this was fine :). Room and bathroom was very clean and modern.

The matres was hard, and one pillow was just to big and the other one just to small, the blanket could be a little bit longer for me (I'm 190cm) but to be honest this is an issue at most of my stays in Germany or Austria for some reason.

It’s was clean and there was everything a walking distance away like Aldi or even deichmann.

I have a small child who has a egg allergy and the first morning we eat breakfast we asked the people working in the restaurant if everything was make with egg and instead of checking we just said yes which made it a bit harder to find when she would eat but the second morning we asked again and the were very nice people who took the time to go to the kitchen and really check and there was so much things that did not have egg.
