The hotel is well-located, just a few km from Europa Park. It's a new building, quite modern in design. Efforts have been made with the decor and theming. For families visiting the park, it's a nice touch. I was given a family room, which had a double bed and two bunks. It was a very comfortable size, with plenty of space around the furniture.

I was a late arrival, the staff had left a keycard for me but weren't very clear on where it was. "In the box" was what I was told, it took me a few minutes of searching and head-scratching to find it. I appreciate that for a hotel of this size a 24hr front desk isn't feasible. However a more obvious box/locker, maybe with a key code to unlock, would be a better solution.

The location of the hotel is quie, very close to Europa park and Rulantica park. The hotel and room were very clean. There is a lift inside the hotel. Rooms are spacious and are designed for large families. Continental breakfast is included, and the payment at site is allowed. Free parking at site*. There is a food market near the hotel. Asian restaurant at site.

The location obligates to use a car for going to near places. The design of the hotel is .... outdated. The parking lots are "tiny", not enough for all customers at peak season (I had to park at a neighboring hotel once). The breakfast is "boring" after 2 nights. Beds and mattresses are very basic. In our room the double bed had twin mattresses.

10mins walk from train/bus stop 5 min walk to supermarket 5 min walk to kebab shop (taco&calzone recommended) 30min walk to Rulantica on nice paths 20 min bus to Europa park/rust €3.10 Cereals & pastries eggs,hot dogs,toast,fruit,crepes,yoghurts for Breakfast Dark rooms,quiet,good shower,mini fridge in room Staff seemed to understand and speak basic English

Worst pillows ever Hotel didn’t respond to any messages or emails before we got there

The cleanliness, the comfortable beds and mattresses, breakfast is fine. Overall, good value for money.

Limited space at the breakfast restaurant when the hotel is full, and a couple of additional stuff for breakfast, like salad and sliced veggies like carrots and peppers, would have been nice. And they need to improve showers, which was hanging and not standing straight.

Big room. Spotlessly clean. Great location for Europa Park. Close to railway station and bus stop. Good controllable heating.

Position of TV in room led to a strange viewing angle. Marble floor meant that noise echoed around the hotel - could really do with some carpetting/soft furnishings to dampen the sound. Breakfast was quite basic.

Being more remote than the Europa-Park area, there are fewer stores and activities available. However, the convenience of the train and bus makes it easy to reach other locations.

The place is super, really feels like you are at home. The room is spacious and clean, the stuff is super super super friendly. The breakfast is ver delicious and has lots of variety and fresh. The location is super, minutes away from the main train station, supermarket and Turkish restaurant. The bus stop for europa park is a walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay a lot. And definetly will come back.

The hotel is a great value for money, very well located and rooma are big enough for a family. The breakfast was very rich and it exceeded our expectation, especially that they have many halal options. The staff are also very friendly, from the receptionist to the people working in the kitchen!

The only downside was that the room floor was dusty!

We have stayed at this hotel twice and we have been overall pleased. It is nice, convenient and the staff is very courteous. Location is perfect for Europa Park and Rulantica, less than 10 minutes away. Also, minutes away from Autobahn. Breakfast is pretty decent to start the day. Family room is the perfect size for a family of 4. I would recommend it and return in the future.

The parking can get full at night.

We didnt stayed in the hotel displayed on the photo. We staued at hotel babylon royal. I am not sure if the later is a branch. It is quite clean and amazing Arabian breakfast. I loved it. Nice service too.

Only downside is, there were no refridgrators.
