The beds were super comfortable, the breakfast was amazing! The terrace is nice to relax and unwind. Very close to both Rulantica and Europa Park. You pay half the price of a Resort Hotel (which we have stayed at) and you feel just as special staying here! No stress finding a parking spot because it's included in your stay! Also, local restaurants you can walk to that range from Asia fusion, Kebab, to Italian food! A hidden gem worth the price!

The power went out for the last hour or our stay, and at times, the TV satellite didn't work.

We stayed here on 2 nights at the start and end of our NYE stay at Europa Park. Very good, large rooms, very clean, good breakfast selection, helpful staff. Not much to fault really, would have been 10/10 had the coffee machine not kept breaking down. The best bit was the beds that were very comfortable indeed and the restaurant next door has a great selection of food on a fixed price. Would 100% stay again.

The shower never worked properly and flooded the bathroom on our second stay. But other than that things were very good on the whole.

Great base if you are visiting Europa-Park like us, beds were the most comfortable we have ever had in a hotel. Lovely bonus of free coffee which was amazing! Small quiet hotel which we loved. Was nice that the children had bunk beds too. Was great that that there was a supermarket near by to pick up supplies for the theme park and save some money on the price of drinks.

Missing a mini fridge especially as the the vending machine was broken and on way to get drinks.

- Rooms for 3 people could be more spacious – it was essentially a room for 4 with a bunk bed, which felt a bit cramped

The hotel was really clean and quiet. The breakfast included most common options. Parking was large enough for every guest, with ample space around it (for ease of mind if you rented a car and didn't want to find it with dents in the morning).

There are limited options when it comes to food for lunch and dinner. Staff seems absent, but if you have a problem, you have an option to call someone from reception and they come immediately to aid you.

We took 2nd floor room for 2 adults and 2 kids with a huge balcony. Room size is great! Room is modern with spacious bathroom. Hot and cold water! Small fridge. Plenty of storage space. Very good break fast. Daily room cleaning. Air conditioning works great (a bit noisy)

A bit pricey.

Fresh breakfast with a lot of variety. Clean premises with fresh towels and made beds, helpful staff and great location. We always found available parking and a range of places to eat close by.

The verandah should be gated because of kids.

The facilities were clean and the included breakfast went beyond my expectations.

The shower overflowed very easily into the rest of the bathroom creating a very wet bathroom floor with little to no ventilation. It was remedied with additional bath towels but could've been avoided.

The room is decent. Small hotel with its own way of doing business and a good location for what we needed.

The breakfast is really bad. Someone who doesn't eat pork has no choice at all. You should work on that.

Excellent location and brand new facilities really liked our stay!

Breakfast on second day lacked variety but honestly seems it was more staff related than anything else (had to ask for several things myself and they brought them out afterwards) Bed and pillow are really soft which I am not a fan but thats more of a personal opinion than an actual defect
